dc.description	Description of the work: The theme of final work was the production of “Bestin” desk. The idea was to design a desk that would be functional and accessible to everyone, inexpensive materials such as lacquered high-density fibreboard (LHDF) and particle board (MDP) were used in the production. The main problem: Design the product to make it functional and easy to use. The aim: to design a desk and evaluate the technological, economic and energy consumption. Methods of work: • Analysis of literature; • Technological and economical calculations. • Drawings The structure: In the final work costs of materials are calculated. The duration of the operations for drawing up the technological cards is calculated as well. According to the technological cards the shuttle scheme is drawn up and also technological descriptions are prepared. The product costs are calculated in the economic part. In the research part, laboratory tests were performed with a table side panel decorated with a UV line. In the graphic part, the product drawings and the technological scheme of the workshop plan are presented. The results: UV finishing and its suitability for table production were evaluated during laboratory research and analysis of literature sources. The technological process was designed, the description of the choice of necessary tools in the furniture production process was presented. dc.description.abstract	Darbo apibūdinimas: Baigiamojo darbo temai buvo pasirinkta rašomojo stalo „Bestin“ gamybos technologija. Kilo idėja suprojektuoti rašomąjį stalą kuris būtų funkcionalus ir kurį galėtų įsigyti kiekvienas žmogus, todėl gamybai buvo naudojamas nebrangios medžiagos tokios kaip lakuotos didelio tankio medienos plaušų plokštės (LHDF) ir medienos drožlių plokštės (MDP). Darbo problema: Suprojektuoti gaminį, kad jis būtų funkcionalus ir patogus naudojimui. Darbo tikslas: Suprojektuoti rašomąjį stalą ir įvertinti technologines, ekonomines, ir energetines sąnaudas. Darbo metodai: • Literatūros analizė; • Technologiniai ir ekonominiai skaičiavimai; • Brėžiniai; Darbo struktūra: Baigiamajame darbe skaičiuojamos medžiagų sąnaudos, taip pat apskaičiuojama operacijų trukmės, pagal kurias sudaromos technologinės kortelės. Pagal technologines korteles parengiama maršrutinė schema, taip pat paruošiami technologiniai aprašai. Ekonominėje dalyje apskaičiuojama gaminio savikaina. Tiriamojoje dalyje atlikti laboratoriniai tyrimai su stalo šoniniu skydu apdailintu UV linijoje. Grafinėje dalyje, pateikiami gaminio brėžiniai ir cecho plano technologinė schema. Darbo rezultatai: Atliekant laboratorinius tyrimus ir analizuojant literatūros šaltinius buvo vertinama UV apdaila, jos tinkamumas stalo gamybai. Projektuojant gaminio gamybos technologinį procesą, buvo pasirinkti tinkami įrengimai, reikalingi baldo gamybos procese. Darbą sudaro: 79 puslapiai, 25 lentelės ir 18 paveikslų.	en_US
