dc.description	Description of the work: In the final work is designed a chest of drawers called "Chicago". The external parts of the chest of drawers are made of veneered ash carved veneer, and the inner parts are made of laminated chipboard. The use of this furniture is universal. Chest of drawers has two drawers, three cabinets of different sizes and three different sizes open shelves. The chest of drawers can hold a various items. Closed cabinets can store personal items, and open shelves can store decorations, books, magazines, electronic devices, and more. This chest of drawers is perfect for living rooom, lounge, work rooms. This chest of drawers is also especially suitable for loft-style interiors. The main problem: It is important for every customer that the furniture have must last a long time, and it must look aesthetically and easy maintain. When buying a chest of drawers, customer inspects drawers, shelves, cabinets, checks whether it will fit items in the home. In order to produce a chest of drawers, it is important to pay attention to its height, cabinet and drawer dimensions during design, they should be versatile, as they must fit a variety of items. Aim of the work: To design a chest of drawers that would look aesthetically from all sides. Also to create a technological process for the designed product, to calculate the amount of material consumption, production efficiency and financial indicators. Structure of the work: The introduction describes the relevance of the work. The general part describes the company named „A. Jasevičiaus baldai“. The technological part presents the dimensions of parts, waste quantities, machine productivity, and the technological process. The energy part calculates how much electricity will be needed for production. The economic part presents the cost of materials, the cost of the product. In the research part, the research work was performed to determine the quality of the varnished surface, depending on the surface roughness. Results of the work: After applying the knowledge accumulated during the lectures, was designed a chest of drawers. Also was made product and workshop plan drawings, and a technological process. Scope of work – the work consists of 119 pages, 48 tables, 26 pictures, 12 literature sources.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Darbo apibūdinimas: Baigiamajame darbe suprojektuota komoda pavadinimu „Čikaga“. Sukurtas technologinis gamybos procesas. Apskaičiuoti staklių našumai, medžiagų sąnaudos. Komodos išorinės detalės pagamintos iš faneruoto uosio drožtinio lukšto, o vidinės detalės iš laminuotos drožlių plokštės. Šio baldo panaudojimas yra universalus, nes jame yra du stalčiai, trys skirtingų dydžių spintelės bei trys skirtingų matmenų atviros lentynėlės. Komodoje galima susidėti įvairiausius daiktus: uždarose spintelėse galima laikyti asmeninius daiktus, o į atviras lentynėles galima sudėti dekoracijas, knygas, žurnalus, elektroninius prietaisus ir kt. Ši komoda puikiai tinka svetainėje, poilsio, darbo kambariuose. Dar ši komoda tinka lofto stiliaus interjerui. Darbo problema: Kiekvienam klientui yra svarbu, jog baldas tarnautų ilgai, bei jis turi atrodyti estetiškai, bei turi būti lengvai prižiūrimas. Pirkdamas komodą klientas atkreipia dėmesį į jos matmenis, taip pat apžiūri stalčius, lentynėles, spinteles, patikrina ar į ją tilps namuose turimi daiktai. Norint gaminti komodą, svarbu projektavimo metu atkreipti dėmesį į jos aukštį, spintelių ir stalčių matmenis, jie turėtų būti universalūs, nes juose turi tilpti įvairūs daiktai. Darbo tikslas: Suprojektuoti komodą, kuri atrodytu estetiškai iš visų pusių. Suprojektuotam gaminiui sudaryti technologinį procesą, apskaičiuoti medžiagų sąnaudas, gamybos našumą ir finansinius rodiklius. Darbo struktūra: Įvade aprašomas darbo aktualumas. Bendroje dalyje aprašyta įmonė, kurioje buvo atlikta praktika. Technologinėje dalyje pateikiami detalių ir ruošinių matmenys, suskaičiuoti atliekų kiekiai, staklių našumai, sudarytas technologinis procesas. Konstrukcinėje dalyje pasiūlytas gaminio patobulinimas. Energetinėje dalyje apskaičiuotas elektros poreikis gamybai. Ekonominėje dalyje pateiktos medžiagų sąnaudos ir gaminio savikaina. Tiriamojoje dalyje atliktas tiriamasis darbas: laku apdailinto paviršiaus kokybės priklausomybė nuo paviršiaus šiurkštumo. Darbo rezultatai: Pritaikius studijų metu sukauptas žinias, suprojektuota komoda, nubraižyti gaminio ir cecho plano brėžiniai, bei sudarytas technologinis procesas. Darbo apimtis: Darbą sudaro 119 lapų, 48 lentelių, 26 paveikslėliai, 12 literatūros ir informacijos šaltinių.	en_US
