dc.description	The work analyzes kitchen furniture fittings, door hinges, drawer rails. Based on the knowledge gained in practice and books and online sources, the work presents the technology and construction of the kitchen furniture set production. The most optimal materials for the product are selected, thus keeping the furniture not only modern, but also durable and high quality. To ensure that the materials of the product are durable, a test of the resistance of the surfaces to cold liquids is performed, during which the table top is selected for the furniture. In the technological part, the equipment for the furniture production process, format cutting machine HOLZING FX-MAX 400, edge milling machine EV-580C, drilling machine ABM HS 21T are calculated for their efficiency and the whole technological process. An annual program (100 units) is selected and a production workshop with an area of 282.06 m² is designed for the implementation of this program. In the economic part, the cost price of the product is estimated at 2246,85€ and the total annual program costs at 198090,3€. The structural part presents a support for the installation of kitchen furniture to simplify and speed up the kitchen installation process. With the help of this support, not only will the desired accuracy be achieved, but also the physical strength of the employee will be saved, which will make him more productive and the work will be done faster. The main goal of the work: Based on the knowledge and information sources acquired during the studies, to analyze the technology of furniture production and to present the whole kitchen project by applying the full production technology. Thesis consists of 119 pages, 71 tables, 9 figures, 16 references and 9 appendices.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Darbe analizuojama virtuvės baldų furnitūra, durelių lankstai, stalčių bėgeliai. Remiantis praktikoje įgytomis žiniomis bei knygomis ir internetiniais šaltiniais, darbe pateikiama virtuvės baldų komplekto gamybos technologija ir konstrukcija. Gaminiui parenkamos optimaliausios medžiagos taip išlaikant baldą ne tik moderniu, bet taip pat patvariu ir kokybišku. Norint įsitikinti, kad gaminio medžiagos patvarios, atliekamas paviršių atsparumo šaltiesiems skysčiams tyrimas, kurio metu baldui parenkamas stalviršis. Technologinėje dalyje baldo gamybos procesui parenkami irengimai, formatinio pjovimo staklės HOLZING FX-MAX 400, kraštų frezavimo staklės EV-580C, gręžimo staklės ABM HS-21T apskaičiuojamas jų našumas ir visas technologinis procesas. Parenkama metinė programa (100 vnt.) ir suprojektuojamas gamybinis cechas, kurio plotas – 282,06 m², šios programos įgyvendinimui. Ekonominėje dalyje apsaikuočiuojama gaminio savikaina – 2246,85€ ir visos metinės programos išlaidos 198090,3€ Konstrukcinėje dalyje pateikiama, virtuvės montavimo procesui supaprastinti ir pagreitinti, suprojektuota virtuvinių baldų montavimo atrama. Šios atramos pagalba bus pasiekiamas ne tik norimas tikslumas, bet taip pat sutaupoma darbuotojo fizinę jėgą, o dėl to jis taps prodūktyvesnis ir darbai bus atliekami greičiau. Pagrindinis darbo tikslas: Remiantis studijų metu įgytomis žiniomis ir informacijos šaltiniais, išanalizuoti baldo gamybos technologiją ir pateikti visą virtuvės projektą pritaikant pilną gamybos technologiją. Darbą sudaro 119 puslapiai, 71 lentelė, 9 paveikslai, 16 literatūros ir informacijos šaltinių, 9 priedai.	en_US
