dc.description	The event industry is increasingly interested in cyberspace, and organizations have begun to incorporate this into the communication of planned events. Successful organization of events is relevant for every company, as it determines the success of the event and favorable future prospects. Currently, the number of events in the virtual space has increased significantly due to the pandemic, but not all companies are still using it. Proper layout of plans, team structure, communication and the whole process is very important. After analyzing the scientific literature, it was noticed that there is a lack of information and research on the organization of events in the virtual space. Much research has been done on the organization of standard events. Therefore, the work will analyze the organization of events of the selected company in the virtual space and provide recommendations on how to improve. To date, there has been little research on the organization of such events, so more research is needed on this topic.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Renginių industrija vis labiau domisi virtualia erdve, organizacijos pradėjo tai įtraukti į planuojamų renginių komunikaciją. Sėkmingas renginių organizavimas yra aktualus kiekvienai įmonei, kadangi tai lemia renginio sėkmę ir palankias ateities perspektyvas. Šiuo metu renginių virtualioje erdvėje ypatingai padaugėjo dėl pandemijos, tačiau vis dar ne visos įmonės tuo naudojasi. Labai svarbu tinkamai sudėlioti planus, komandos struktūrą, komunikaciją ir visą eigą. Išanalizavus mokslinę literatūrą, pastebėta, jog trūksta informacijos ir atliktų tyrimų apie renginių organizavimą virtualioje erdvėje. Daug mokslinių tyrimų atlikta apie standartinių renginių organizavimą. Todėl darbe bus išanalizuota pasirinktos įmonės renginių organizavimas virtualioje erdvėje ir pateikiamos rekomendacijos kaip galima tobulinti. Iki šiol yra mažai atliktų tyrimų apie tokių renginių organizavimą, todėl reikalinga įsigilinti į šią temą labiau.	en_US
