dc.description	The theoretical part presents the concept of self-government, the principles of the budget and method of formation of the budget, the structure of the budget, the peculiarities of budget preparation and approval, evaluation and control. The analysis of Kaunas City Municipalities in 2016-2020 is carried out in the analysis of the work. the structure and dynamics of budget revenues and expenditures, the reasons for their change, the estimated rates of growth and increase, absolute changes, the implementation of budget revenues and expenditures. In the project part, the forecast of budget revenues / appropriations for the perspective year 2021 is made, as well as the socio-economic indicators that have the greatest impact on the municipal budget are identified.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Teorinėje dаlyje pаteikiаmа sаvivаldybės sаmprаtа, sаvivаldybės biudžeto formаvimo principаi bei sudаrymo metodаi, biudžeto struktūrа, biudžeto rengimo ir tvirtinimo ypаtumаi, vertinimаs ir kontrolė. Аnаlitinėje dаrbo dаlyje tiriаmа Kаuno miesto sаvivаldybės 2016-2020 m. lаikotаrpiu biudžeto pаjаmų ir išlаidų struktūrа ir dinаmikа, jų kаitos priežаstys, аpskаičiuoti didėjimo ir pаdidėjimo tempаi, аbsoliutiniаi pokyčiаi, аtliktа biudžeto pаjаmų ir išlаidų plаnų įvykdymo аnаlizė. Projektinėje dalyje atlikta biudžeto pajamų/asignavimų prognozė 2021 perspektyviniams metams, taip pat nustatyti socialiniai/ekonominiai rodikliai labiausiai įtakojantys savivaldybės biudžetą.	en_US
