dc.description	The object of the thesis – drying and storage grain complex. The purpose of the thesis – To automate Automation of grain drying and storage process according to the technical task. The tasks of the thesis: 1. To analyze grain storage and drying processes used in Lithuanian agriculture sector. 2. To prepare technological diagram of the analyzed process, describe the process providing possibilities for process automation. 3. Create a system automation scheme and select automation devises. 4. To create a functional algorithm of process operation and PLC program for process control. 5. Perform the economic calculations of project and provide the project periods. 6. Provide project workplace safety requirements to ensure human safety. The results of the paper. An automation scheme of grain drying and storage systemhas been designed. The required automation components are selected according to the automation scheme. Grain drying and storage system electrical connection diagrams and layout of automation components in the automation panel have been designed. Algorithms and PLC program for grain drying and storage process control have been developed. Economical calculations of the project have been presented. Requirements for safety work in the object are described. The volume of the paper. The paper includes 100 pages, 12 tables, 33 illustrations, 13 literature sources and 1 appendixes.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Pagrindinės sandėliavimo bokštų problemos, kurios sąlygoja automatizavimo poreikį - tai skirtingos drėgmės reikalavimai skirtingų rūšių grūdams; grūdų lygio bokštuose fiksavimo poreikis; proceso transportavimo įrenginio galimi gedimai. Darbo objektas – džiovinimo ir sandėliavimo grūdų kompleksas. Darbo tikslas – Pagal techninę užduotį automatizuoti grūdų džiovinimo ir sandėliavimo procesą. Darbo uždaviniai: 1. Išanalizuoti Lietuvos žemės ūkyje šiuo metu taikomus grūdų sandėliavimo ir džiovinimo technologinius procesus ir technologinius įrenginius. 2. Parengti analizuojamo proceso technologinę schemą ir ją aprašyti, numatant sandėliavimo ir džiovinimo proceso automatizavimo galimybes 3. Suprojektuoti proceso automatizavimo schemą ir parinkti automatikos komponentus. 4. Sudaryti proceso veikimo funkcinį algoritmą bei sukurti proceso valdymo programą. 5. Atlikti projekto ekonominius skaičiavimus ir aprašyti projektavimo etapus. 6. Pateikti projekto darbo vietos saugos reikalavimus žmogaus saugumui užtikrinti Darbo rezultatai. Suprojektuota grūdų džiovinimo ir sandėliavimo sistemos automatizavimo schema. Pagal automatizavimo schema pasirinkti reikalingi automatikos komponentai. Suprojektuotos grūdų džiovinimo ir sandėliavimo proceso automatikos komponentų elektrinių sujungimų schemos ir automatikos komponentų išdėstymas automatikos skydę. Sukurti grūdų džiovinimo ir sandėliavimo valdymo algoritmai bei programa. Atlikti projekto ekonominiai skaičiavimai. Aprašyti žmogaus saugos reikalavimai objekte. Darbo apimtis. Darbą sudaro 103 puslapiai, 12 lentelių, 33 paveikslų, 13 literatūros šaltiniai, 1 priedų.	en_US
