dc.description	Relevance of work. Lithuania is witnessing very intensive aging processes, the number of older people is growing every year, and the number of people with multiple diseases is increasing. As a result, the health system is facing increasing challenges in treating these patients. With each additional diagnosed disease, patients face increasing challenges: their quality-of-life decreases, their ability to work, their motivation decreases, their psychological condition deteriorates, they are forced to take more than one medication, and their health care becomes more difficult. Research problem: What are the experiences of patients with multiple diseases? The object of the research: patient experience with multiple disease. The aim of work: to reveal the experiences of patients with multiple diseases. Tasks: 1. 1. To describe the peculiarities of health care for patients with multiple diseases. 2. 2. To reveal the emotional experiences of patients with multiple diseases. 3. 3. To reveal the activities of a nurse to the experience gained by patients with multiple diseases. 4. 4. To reveal the satisfaction of nursing expectations of patients with multiple diseases. Research methodology and subjects. literature analysis is performed. The interview method was chosen. Fourteen study participants who called a general practitioner at Hospital X were interviewed about the care of multiple diseases and the studies performed. The main results of the empirical research. Patients with multiple illnesses experienced a variety of feelings that varied depending on a variety of environmental, human, and life factors. The activities of the nurses were evaluated positively by the patients. The personal health care services provided by the nurses were performed professionally, diligently, and responsibly. The participants with multiple diseases have confidence in the personal health care services and doctors. Primary personal health care services met their expectations and helped manage multiple morbidity. The pandemic situation in the country, quarantine, limited the ability to communicate with doctors and specialists, but the required health care results were achieved.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Temos aktualumas: Lietuvoje stebimi labai intensyvūs visuomenės senėjimo procesai, vyresnio amžiaus gyventojų su kiekvienais metais skaičius auga, tuo pačiu didėja ir dauginį ligotumą turinčių gyventojų skaičius. Dėl to sveikatos sistema susiduria su vis didesniais iššūkiais gydant šiuos pacientus. Su kiekviena papildomai nustatoma liga pacientai susiduria su vis didesniais iššūkiais: jų gyvenimo kokybė mažėja, mažėja jų darbingumas, motyvacija, blogėja jų psichologinė būklė, jie priversti vartoti ne vieną medikamentą, apsunkinta tampa jų sveikatos priežiūra. Tyrimo problema: Kokios dauginiu ligotumu sergančių pacientų patirtys? Tyrimo objektas: pacientų patirtys sergant dauginiu ligotumu. Tyrimo tikslas: atskleisti dauginiu ligotumu sergančių pacientų patirtis. Tyrimo uždaviniai: 1. Aprašyti dauginiu ligotumu sergančių pacientų sveikatos priežiūros ypatumus. 2. Atskleisti dauginiu ligotumu sergančių pacientų emocines patirtis. 3. Atskleisti slaugytojo veiklą dauginiu ligotumu sergančių pacientų įgytoms patirtims. 4. Atskleisti dauginiu ligotumu sergančių pacientų slaugos lūkesčių patenkinimą. Tyrimo metodika ir tiriamieji: atliekama literatūros analizė. Pasirinktas interviu metodas. Apklausta 14 tyrimo dalyvių, kurie skambinosi X ligoninėje dirbančiam bendrosios praktikos gydytojui, dėl dauginių ligų priežiūros ir atliktų tyrimų. Pagrindiniai empirinio tyrimo rezultatai: dauginiu ligotumu sergantys pacientai išgyveno įvairialypius jausmus, kurie keitėsi priklausomai nuo įvairių aplinkos, žmogaus ir gyvenimo veiksnių. Slaugytojų veiklą, pacientai vertino teigiamai. Slaugytojų suteiktos asmens sveikatos priežiūros paslaugos buvo atliktos profesionaliai, rūpestingai ir atsakingai.. Dauginiu ligotumu sergantys tyrimo dalyviai pasitiki asmens sveikatos priežiūros paslaugomis ir gydytojais. Pirminės asmens sveikatos priežiūros suteiktos paslaugos pateisino jų lūkesčius ir padėjo valdyti dauginį ligotumą. Susiklosčiusi pandeminė situacija šalyje, karantinas, apribojo galimybę bendrauti su gydytojais ir specialistais, tačiau reikiamų sveikatos priežiūros rezultatų pavyko pasiekti.	en_US
