dc.description	The final work analyzes the problems of land plot cadastre data adjustment in protected areas. The reviewed legal documents of the Republic of Lithuania regulate cadastral measurements in protected areas, scientific publications and authors' thoughts related to the revision of cadastral data in protected areas, incompatibility of legal acts. The cadastral data of three forestry land plots located in Vilkaviškis, Alytus and Anykščiai districts are analyzed in the work which had problems adjusting the data after submitting requests to the departments of the Ministry of Agriculture and naming Regional Parks for coordination with the Ministry of Agriculture and identifying and naming legal documents that do not correlate with each other and cause reasons for non-harmonization of land plots. During the research (process) of problems of the cadastral data adjustment of the real estate objects in protected areas, it was established (found out) that the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania regulating the establishment and adjustment of real estate cadastral data do not have a unanimous (United) solution with the provisions of the Law on Territorial Planning of the Republic of Lithuania, the provisions of the Law on Forests of the Republic of Lithuania and the provisions of the Law on Protected Areas of the Republic of Lithuania. A survey was conducted for persons holding a surveyor's certificate and performing cadastral measurements on land plots in protected areas. The aim of the online survey was to find out what problems surveyors face in the cadastral data adjustment of the real estate objects in protected areas.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Baigiamajame darbe analizuojamos žemės sklypų kadastro duomenų tikslinimo problemos saugomose teritorijose. Apžvelgiami Lietuvos Respublikos teisiniai dokumentai, reglamentuojantys kadastrinius matavimus saugomose teritorijose, mokslinės publikacijos ir autorių mintys, susijusios su kadastro duomenų tikslinimu saugomose teritorijose, teisinių aktų nesuderinamumu. Darbe nagrinėjami kadastro duomenys trijų miškų ūkio paskirties žemės sklypai, esantys Vilkaviškio, Alytaus ir Anykščių rajonuose, kuriems tikslinant duomenis iškilo problemų pateikus derinimui žemės sklypų ribas su Nacionaline žemės tarnyba prie žemė ūkio ministerijos skyriams ir regioninių parkų direkcijoms pateiktus prašymus. Identifikuoti ir įvardinti teisiniai dokumentai, kurie tarpusavyje nekoreliuoja ir sąlygoja žemės sklypų nederinimo su NŽT prie ŽŪM ir saugomų teritorijų institucijomis priežastis. Nekilnojamo turto objektų kadastro duomenų tikslinimo problemos saugomose teritorijose tyrimo metu nustatyta, kad Lietuvos Respublikos teisiniai aktai, reglamentuojantys nekilnojamų daiktų kadastro duomenų nustatymą ir patikslinimą, tarpusavyje neturi vienalyčio sprendimo su Lietuvos Respublikos teritorijų planavimo įstatymo nuostatomis, Lietuvos Respublikos miškų įstatymo nuostatomis ir Lietuvos Respublikos saugomų teritorijų įstatymo nuostatomis. Sudaryta apklausa matininko pažymėjimą turintiems asmenims, kurie atlieka kadastrinius matavimus žemės sklypams saugomose teritorijose. Internetine apklausa siekiama išsiaiškinti, su kokiomis nekilnojamo turto objektų (žemės sklypų) kadastro duomenų tikslinimo problemomis saugomose teritorijose susiduria matininkai.	en_US
