dc.description	The final work discusses the general knowledge about the work done in the preparation of the real estate cadastre data file, the legal provisions are closely related to the file preparation, describes the actions at different stages of file preparation, from the client's request to form a plot of land, determination of turning point and landmark coordinates in the state geodetic coordinate system (LKS-94), formation of boundaries, ie actions for real estate, creation or transformation, sending notifications, preparation of plan on the basis of valid legal acts and plan preparation rules, coordination with different institutions depending on previous preparation of registered and existing data, application forms required for submitting a file for coordination, determination of admissibility, in case of inadmissibility preparation of a situation drawing and coordination with institutions and in the database of the case registration registers center. The problems arising during the preparation of the file of selected objects (land plots) and the ways of their solution are also analyzed in order to ensure that all works meet the requirements of accuracy, laws and regulations, which must be implemented in order to register a real estate cadastre file. The results of the final work: In accordance with the laws and in accordance with the procedure established by legal acts, cadastral measurements were performed for land plots: that. No. 8935/0003: 353 that. No. 5203/0013: 81 that. No. 5240/0009: 215 and that. No. 5237/0005: 180, the inadmissibility of areas was determined and the solution of the problem was presented individually for each plot.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Baigiamajame darbe aptariamos bendros žinios apie atliekamus darbus rengiant nekilnojamojo turto kadastro duomenų bylą. Teisiniai nuostatai glaudžiai susiję su bylos rengimo darbais, aprašyti veiksmai skirtingais bylos rengimo etapais, nuo užsakovo prašymo suformuoti žemės sklypą, tęsiant tolimesnius veiksmus, tokius kaip: kvietimų rengimas, žemės sklypų ribų posūkio taškų bei riboženklių, koordinačių nustatymas valstybinėje geodezinių koordinačių sistemoje (LKS-94), ribų formavimas t.y. veiksmai nekilnojamajam turtui, sukurti ar pertvarkyti, pranešimų siuntimas, plano parengimas remiantis galiojančiais teisės aktais, bei plano rengimo taisyklėmis, derinimas su skirtingomis institucijomis (LAKD, KPD ir k.t) priklausomai nuo sklypo ankstesnių įregistruotų ir esamų duomenų, prašymų formų paruošimas, kuris reikalingas teikiant bylą derinimui, leistinumo nustatymas, esant neleistinumui situacijos brėžinio rengimas ir bylos įregistravimo registrų centro duomenų bazėje. Taip atanalizuojamos pasirinktų objektų (žemės sklypų) bylos parengimo metu kylančios problemos ir jų sprendimo būdai, siekiant užtikrinti, kad visi darbai atitiktų tikslumo, įstatymų ir teisės aktų nustatytos tvarkos reikalavimus, kurie turi būti įgyvendinti norint įregistruoti nekilnojamojo turto kadastro bylą. Baigiamojo darbo rezultatai: Remiantis įstatymais, bei teisės aktų nustatyta tvarka, atliki kadastriniai matavimai žemės sklypams: kad. Nr. 8935/0003:353, kad. Nr. 5203/0013:81, kad. Nr. 5240/0009:215 ir kad. Nr. 5237/0005:180, nustatytas plotų neleistinumas ir individualiai kiekvienam sklypui pateiktas problemos sprendimo būdas.	en_US
