Effective organization of production activities requires knowledge of cultivation technologies, market specifics, analysis and control of the company's activities. As market conditions are changing rapidly, this helps to maintain production profitability. In 2020, the UAB Setrida launched a new economic activity - industrial breeding and sale of turkeys. This work reviews the company's organizational principles, turkey farming and breeding technologies, and achieved results. The analysis of information related to the assessment of the UAB Setrida production activities allows to learn about the surrounding environment, assess its impact on current performance indicators, choose the optimal turkey breeding methodology, guaranteeing the profitability and continuity of activities. This information can be useful in making decisions regarding production management. Structure of the paper: task of the final paper, list of tables and figures, concepts, summary, introduction, research methodology of the object, scientific and subject-related literature on the situation of turkeys and their production in Lithuania, turkey breeding technology, presentation of UAB Setrida activities, analysis and evaluation of the activity perspectives, conclusions and recommendations, literature and other sources of information, appendices. Methods of the Research: analysis of scientific and professional literature, systematic and comparative analysis, logical analysis, analysis of the company’s internal data. The production activity of UAB Setrida is profitable. The comparison of the UAB Setrida and the industry indicators shows that the company does not use all the opportunities in comparison with competitors, and does not reach the maximum gross profit of the industry. Darbo tikslas: Įvertinti gamybinės veiklos rezultatus UAB „Setrida“ įmonėje. Darbo objektas: UAB „Setrida“ gamybinė veikla. Temos aktualumas: Efektyviam gamybinės veiklos organizavimui būtinas auginimo technologijų išmanymas, rinkos specifikos žinojimas, įmonės vykdomos veiklos analizė ir kontrolė. Sparčiai keičiantis sąlygoms rinkoje, tai padeda išlaikyti gamybos pelningumą. 2020 m UAB „Setrida“ pradėta vystyti naują ūkinę veikla – pramoninį kalakutų auginimas ir pardavimas. Darbe apžvelgiama įmonės veiklos organizavimo principai, auginimo technologijos ir pasiekti rezultatai. Informacijos, susijusios su UAB „Setrida“ gamybinės veiklos vertinimu, analizė gali padėti pažinti supančią aplinką, įvertinti jos poveikį dabartiniams veiklos rodikliams, pasirinkti optimalią kalakutų auginimo metodologiją, garantuojančią veiklos pelningumą ir tęstinumą. Ši informacija gali būti naudinga priimant gamybos valdymo sprendimus. Tačiau UAB „Setrida“ ir šakos rodiklių palyginimu nustatyta, kad įmonė neišnaudoja visų galimybių lyginant su konkurentais ir nepasiekia šakos maksimalaus bendrojo pelno.
