dc.description	Thesis. Organization of a wedding party at the Gileta farmstead. Viktorija Malienė. / Head lect. Vilija Karbauskiene; Kaunas College, Department of Food Technology, Faculty of Technology - Kaunas, 2021. The aim of the work: to organize a wedding celebration at the Gileta homestead, to carry out technological research in the production of tea buns with healthy ingredients. The object of the work: a wedding party at the "Gileta" farmstead. Work structure: Introduction, theoretical part, technological part, financial-economic evaluation of the project, conclusions, list of literature and other information sources, appendices. Results of work: The types of parties are described at the beginning of the thesis. The party I am creating will be of banquet type, not fully served by the waiters, as the celebration will last about 4 hours and the number of guests is not large. After analyzing the literature, the peculiarities of wedding dishes and health-friendly products that will be used in the technological research are described. The technological part presents a menu of dishes and drinks for the wedding celebration, technological cards with descriptions of production and design. Diagrams of food production flows are presented, technological processes are described, as well as the number of raw materials required during the event. Facilities, occupational and food safety and rules of good hygiene practice are also reviewed. Technological research has been carried out in the production of tea buns with health-friendly products: acerola juice and organic flour. The results of the sensory evaluation of the study showed that the interviewed respondents would choose to consume healthier buns with acerola juice. The economic part presents the costs of the menu, energy, water and other additional costs, as well as the profit calculation, which shows that the profit of the organized wedding party is – 203,64 Eur. Thus, it can be said that organized a profitable wedding celebration (pub, banquet type), with incompletely served waiters, thirty people. There will be 2 service staff, 2 kitchen staff and 1 organizer during the celebration. Scope of work. The work consists of 42 pages, 26 tables, 3 figures, 20 references, 9 appendices.	en_US

Vilija Karbauskienė; Kauno kolegija, Technologijų fakulteto Maisto technologijos katedra - Kaunas, 2021. Bagiamojo darbo tikslas: suorganizuoti vestuvių šventę ,,Giletos sodyboje“, atlikti technologinį tyrimą gaminant arbatines bandeles su sveikatai palankiais ingredientais. Darbo objektas: vestuvių pobūvis ,,Giletos sodyboje“. Darbo struktūra. Įvadas, teorinė dalis, technologinė dalis, finansinis–ekonominis projekto įvertinimas, išvados, literatūros ir kitų informacijos šaltinių sąrašas, priedai. Darbo rezultatai. Darbo pradžioje aprašytos pobūvių rūšys. Kuriamas pobūvis bus banketo tipo, nevisiškai aptarnaujamas padavėjų, kadangi šventė truks apie 4 valandas ir svečių skaičius nėra didelis. Išanalizavus literatūrinius šaltinius aprašyti vestuvių patiekalų ypatumai, bei sveikatai palankūs produktai, kurie bus naudojami technologinio tyrimo metu. Technologinėje dalyje pateiktas vestuvių šventės patiekalų ir gėrimų valgiaraštis, sudarytos technologinės kortelės su gamybos ir apipavidalinimo aprašymais. Pateiktos patiekalų gaminimo srautų diagramos, aprašomi technologiniai procesai bei reikalingų žaliavų kiekis renginio metu. Taip pat apžvelgti įrenginiai, darbo ir maisto sauga bei geros higienos praktikos taisyklės. Atliktas technologinis tyrimas gaminant arbatines bandeles su sveikatai palankiais produktais: malpigijos milteliais ir abisininių posmilgių miltais. Tyrimo juslinio vertinimo rezultatai parodė, jog apklaustieji respondentai rinktųsi vartoti sveikesnes bandeles su malpigijos milteliais. Ekonominėje dalyje pateikiamos sudaryto valgiaraščio išlaidos, sunaudojamos energijos, vandens bei kitų papildomų išlaidų skaičiavimai bei pelno skaičiavimas, kuris rodo, kad suorganizuotos vestuvių šventės pelnas yra – 203,64 Eur. Taigi, galima teigti, jog suorganizuota pelninga vestuvių šventė (pobūvis, banketo tipo), nevisiškai aptarnaujamas padavėjų, trisdešimčiai žmonių. Šventės metu dirbs 2 aptarnaujančio personalo darbuotojai, 2 virtuvės personalo darbuotojai ir 1 organizatorius. Darbo apimtis. Darbą sudaro 42 puslapiai, 26 lentelės, 3 paveikslai, 20 literatūros šaltiniai, 9 priedai.	en_US
