dc.description	The relevance of the topic of social services for on-call carers is shown by the fact that the need for caregivers unrelated to caregivers has increased during the transformation of institutional care and the transition from institutional care to family and community services for children left without parental care. As the institutional transformation of care has only recently begun, there is a lack of research to uncover the need for social services for guardians on duty.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Socialinių paslaugų budintiems globotojams temos aktualumą parodo tai, kad Lietuvoje vykstant institucinės globos pertvarkai ir siekiant pereiti nuo institucinės globos prie šeimoje ir bendruomenėje teikiamų paslaugų vaikams likusiems be tėvų globos, išaugo globėjų nesusijusių giminystės ryšiais, poreikis. Kadangi institucinė globos pertvarka pradėta vykdyti dar visai neseniai, todėl trūksta mokslinių tyrimų, kurie padėtų atskleisti socialinių paslaugų poreikį budintiems globotojams.	en_US
