| dc.description | The development of a child emotional intellect has to be whole – it cannot be separated from the general education process. It is necessary to apply familiar and relevant educational methods that fulfils the need of feeling safe and corresponds to the curious nature of the child. (E. L. Paavola, 2017). In an age of rapidly changing technologies and information, the use of information and communication technologies in the education of pre-school children is becoming inevitable. Technology can help develop the emotional intelligence of preschoolers, but it has to be selected carefully and used correctly. Question is how to choose the right technologies for preschool children in the process of pre-school education? How can technology help to develop their EQ? Research object – the possibilities of emotional intelligence development by applying information and communication technologies. | dc.description.abstract | Emocinio vaiko intelekto ugdymas(-is) turi būti visuminis – jis negali būti atsietas nuo bendro ugdymo proceso. Būtina taikyti šiuolaikiniam vaikui pažįstamus ir aktualius ugdymo(-si) būdus, kurie atitinka smalsią ir saugumo potyrio reikalaujančią vaiko prigimtį (E. L. Paavola, 2017). Sparčiai besikeičiančių technologijų ir informacijos amžiuje IKT naudojimas ikimokyklinio amžiaus vaikų ugdyme(-si) tampa neišvengiamu. Technologijos gali padėti ugdyti(-is) emociniam ikimokyklinio amžiaus vaikų intelektui, tačiau jos turi būti atsirenkamos ir naudojamos teisingai. Taigi, kaip ikimokyklinio ugdymo(-si) procese pasirinkti ikimokyklinio amžiaus vaikams tinkamas technologijas? Kaip technologijos gali padėti ugdyti(-is) EQ? Tyrimo objektas – emocinio intelekto ugdymo(-si) galimybės taikant informacines komunikacines technologijas.
