dc.description	In the final work, legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania regulating cadastral measurements, sources of professional literature are analyzed. According to the legislation regulating cadastral measurements, cadastral measurements for forest land, agricultural and other land plots are carried out. The problem situations arising in the course of cadastral measurements for these land plots of various uses are analyzed. Analyzing and evaluating concrete problems of different land parcel boundaries and cadastral data identification, their grouping and isolation into classes, according to the origin of the problem, and the ways of solving problem situations are presented. Analysis of the problem situations revealed that the most common situations are related to the problems of determining the boundaries of the land plot and the cadastral data that have influenced the mistakes made during the land reform: the boundaries of the land plots are not in line with the limits of the land plots registered with the Real Estate Register and marked on the cadastral map, after cadastral measurements, the unacceptable surface area (overlap or area shortage), the length of the plot of land plot does not correspond to the previously determined land plot and territorial planning documents, the configuration of the land parcel changes.	en
dc.description.abstract	Baigiamajame darbe išnagrinėti kadastrinių matavimų veiklą reglamentuojantys Lietuvos Respublikos teisės aktai, profesinės literatūros šaltiniai. Remiantis teisės aktais, reglamentuojančiais kadastrinių matavimų veiklą atlikti kadastriniai matavimai miškų ūkio paskirties žemės, žemės ūkio paskirties, kitos paskirties žemės sklypams. Analizuojamos probleminės situacijos, atsiradusios kadastrinių matavimų eigoje, šiems įvairių paskirčių žemės sklypams. Analizuojant ir vertinant konkrečias įvairių paskirčių žemės sklypų ribų ir kadastro duomenų nustatymo problemas, atliekamas jų grupavimas ir išskyrimas į klases, pagal problemos kilmę, pateikiami probleminių situacijų sprendimo būdai. Išanalizavus problemines situacijas nustatyta, jog dažniausiai pasitaikančios situacijos yra susijusios su žemės reformos metu padarytomis klaidomis lėmusiomis žemės sklypų ribų nustatytmo ir kadastro duomenų tikslinimo problemas: žemės sklypų ribos nedera su Nekilnojamojo turto registre įregistruotomis ir kadastro žemėlapyje pažymėtomis žemės sklypų ribomis, atlikus kadastrinius matavimus, gaunamas neleistinas ploto nesąryšis (viršplotis arba ploto trūkumas), žemės sklypų linijų ilgiai neatitinka su anksčiau pamatuotais, žemės sklypų ribos vietovėje (natūroje) neatitinka teritorijų planavimo dokumentų, keičiasi žemės sklypų konfigūracija.	en_US
