dc.description	The first part analyzes the theoretical aspects of logistics services. The second part of the work provides basic information about the company and examines the specifics of the company's logistics services. The third part of the work presents suggestions for the improvement of the quality of logistics services of UAB Transdina. The main problem of the (professional BA thesis)– UAB Transdina provides cargo transportation services. When transporting cargo, it is important to ensure that the cargo reaches customers quickly and with high quality. However, there are cases where the cargo is lost or damaged during transportation or delivery is delayed. Therefore, this work will explain - how can the quality of logistics services provided by UAB Transdina be improved? The aim of the (professional BA thesis)– After analyzing the logistics services from the theoretical point of view and conducting an empirical research, to submit proposals for the improvement of the quality of logistics services of UAB Transdina.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Pirmoje dalyje atliekama logistinių paslaugų analizė teoriniu aspektu. Antroje darbo dalyje pateikiama pagrindinė informacija apie įmonę ir nagrinėjama įmonės logistinių paslaugų specifika. Trečioje darbo dalyje pateikiami siūlymai UAB „Transdina“ logistinių paslaugų kokybės tobulinimui. Darbo problema. UAB „Transdina“ teikia krovinių transportavimo paslaugas. Gabenant krovinius svarbu užtikrinti, jog kroviniai greitai ir kokybiškai pasiektų klientus. Tačiau, pasitaiko atvejų, kai krovinys pametamas ar pažeidžiamas transportuojant arba vėluojama pristatyti. Tad, šiame darbe bus aiškinamasi– kaip galima patobulinti UAB „Transdina“ teikiamų logistinių paslaugų kokybę? Darbo tikslas– Išanalizavus logistines paslaugas teoriniu aspektu ir atlikus empirinį tyrimą, pateikti siūlymus UAB „Transdina“ logistinių paslaugų kokybės tobulinimui.	en_US
