dc.description	Description of the work. This final thesis examines the supply of hotel services, taking into account the demand. In today's fast-changing world, the service industry is increasingly influencing economic growth, accounting for a large share of the world's GDP. Demand that meets the supply of services is the goal of a successful business. Theoretical assumptions have been applied during the research of the hotel „Moxy Kaunas Center“, conducting a guest survey, interviews with employees and SWOT analysis.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Baigiamajame darbe yra nagrinėjama viešbutyje teikiamų paslaugų pasiūla, atsižvelgiant į paklausą. Šiuolaikiniame sparčiai besikeičiančiame pasaulyje vis didesnę įtaką ekonomikos augimui daro paslaugų industrija – ji sudaro didelę dalį visų pasaulio valstybių BVP. Teikiamų paslaugų pasiūlą tenkinanti paklausa yra sėkmingo verslo tikslas. Teorinės prielaidos yra pritaikomos viešbučio „Moxy Kaunas Center“ tyrimo metu, atliekant svečių apklausą, interviu su darbuotojais bei SSGG analizę.	en_US
