dc.description	This final work is about the possibilities of using lithium disilicate in the field of lateral teeth, analyzing the scientific literature on the advantages and disadvantages of materials, manufacturing techniques, possibilities of use and mechanical and aesthetic properties. The relevance of study: It is very important to select the appropriate material to meet both functional and aesthetic requirements. Lithium disilicate glass ceramics are very aesthetic, and have exceptional mechanical properties, meet both the needs of the doctor and the expectations of the patient. Research problem: What are the advantages and disadvantages of lithium disilicate and the possibilities of application in the field of lateral teeth. Object of research: Advantages and disadvantages of lithium disilicate and possibilities of application in the field of lateral teeth. The aim of the research- To reveal the advantages and disadvantages of lithium disilicate crowns in terms of aesthetics and strength, as well as the possibilities of application in the field of lateral teeth. Research tasks: 1. To reveal the mechanical and aesthetic properties of lithium disilicate. 2. To describe the lithium disilicate production technology and application possibilities. 3. To evaluate the aesthetic properties of the produced lithium disilicate crowns. Research methods: 1. Analysis of scientific and professional literature. 2. Production of dental prostheses. The main results of the empirical research: The crown of the upper jaw 27th tooth and the crowns of the lower jaw 36 and 46 were produced in full anatomical shape with IPS e.max Press pressing technology. The color of the lithium disilicate crowns produced did not differ from the teeth in the patient's oral cavity.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Šis baigiamasis darbas yra apie ličio disilikato panaudojimo galimybes šoninių dantų srityje, analizuojant mokslinę literatūrą apie medžiagas jų privalumus bei trūkumus, gaminimo technikas, panaudojimo galimybes bei mechanines ir estetines savybes. Tyrimo aktualumas: Gaminant restauracijas tam tikrai klinikinei situacijai yra labai svarbus tinkamos medžiagos parinkimas, kad atitiktų tiek funkcinius, tiek estetinius reikalavimus. Ličio disilikato stiklo keramika yra labai estetiška bei pasižymi išskirtinėmis mechaninėmis savybėmis, patenkina tiek gydytojo poreikius, tiek paciento lūkesčius. Tyrimo problema: Kokie ličio disilikato privalumai ir trūkumai bei panaudojimo galimybės šoninių dantų srityje. Tyrimo objektas: Ličio disilikato privalumai ir trūkumai bei panaudojimo galimybės šoninių dantų srityje. Tyrimo tikslas- Atskleisti ličio disilikato vainikėlių privalumus bei trūkumus, estetikos ir tvirtumo atžvilgiu, bei panaudojimo galimybes šoninių dantų srityje. Tyrimo uždaviniai: 1. Atskleisti ličio disilikato mechanines ir estetines savybes. 2. Aprašyti ličio disilikato gamybos technologiją ir panaudojimo galimybes. 3. Įvertinti pagamintų ličio disilikato vainikėlių estetines savybes. Tyrimo metodai: 1. Mokslinės ir profesinės literatūros analizė. 2. Dantų protezų gamyba. Pagaminti ir įvertinti ličio disilikato šoninių dantų restauracijas. Pagrindiniai empirinio tyrimo rezultatai: Buvo gaminami viršutinio žandikaulio 27 danties vainikėlis ir apatinio žandikaulio 36 ir 46 dantų vainikėliai pilnos anatominės formos, IPS e.max Press presavimo technologija. Pagamintų ličio disilikato vainikėlių spalva nesiskyrė nuo pacientės burnos ertmėje esančių dantų.	en_US
