dc.description	Key words: gastroesophageal reflux disease, natural teeth, fixed dental prostheses, metal ceramic, lithium disilicate, layering technique, pressing technology. Relevance: Gastroesophageal reflux disease indicates itself in the spontaneous return of gastric contents to the esophagus and oral cavity and causes typical symptoms, one of which is dental erosion.This disease is widespread among people of all ages and genders and affects not only natural teeth but also fixed dentures properties. Problem: what influence does gastroesophageal reflux disease has on natural teeth and fixed prostheses? The object of research: Gastroesophageal reflux disease influence on natural teeth and fixed dental prostheses The aim of research: reveal gastroesophageal reflux diseases influence on natural teeth and fixed prostheses. Research tasks: 1. To reveal the symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux disease and its effect on human’s body, his natural teeth and fixed prostheses. 2. To reveal the properties of fixed metal ceramic prostheses (Noritake Super Porcelain EX-3) and 3. To make two fixed metal ceramic prostheses and two and fixed lithium disilicate prostheses, compare them and to perform a study that reveals the effect of gastroesophageal reflux disease on made prostheses Methods of research: 1. Scientific literature analysis; 2. Fixed prostheses production. The results of the research: When manufactured prostheses HCl acid were treated with the HCl acid, it was observed that the roughness of the relief of both metal-ceramic and non-metal-ceramic prostheses was felt more, the metal frame darkened and became greenish. The prosthesis paint did not fade.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Tyrimo aktualumas: gastroezofaginio refliukso liga pasireiškia savaiminiu skrandžio turinio grįžimu į stemplę bei burnos ertmę ir tai sukelia tipinius simptomus, vienas iš jų – dantų erozija.Ši liga plačiai paplitusi tarp visų amžiaus grupių ir lyčių žmonių bei veikia ne tik natūralius dantis, bet ir neišimamus dantų protezus prastindamas jų savybes. Tyrimo problema: kokią įtaką natūraliems dantims ir neišimamiems dantų protezams daro gastroezofaginio refliukso liga? Tyrimo objektas: gastroezofaginio refliukso ligos įtaka natūraliems dantims ir neišimamiems dantų protezams. Tyrimo tikslas: atskleisti kaip gastroezofaginio refliukso liga veikia natūralius dantis ir neišimamus dantų protezus. Tyrimo uždaviniai: 1. Apžvelgti gastroezofaginio refliukso ligos simptomus bei jų poveikį žmogaus organizmui, natūraliems dantims, neišimamiems dantų protezams; 2. Atskleisti neišimamųjų protezų gamybai skirtų metalo keraminių ir ličio disilikato medžiagų savybes; 3. Pagaminti du neišimamuosius metalo keramikos dantų protezus ir du neišimuosius ličio disilikato dantų protezus, juos palyginti ir atlikti tyrimą, kuris atskleidžia gastroezofaginio refliukso ligos poveikį pagamintiems protezams. Tyrimo metodai: 1. Mokslinės ir profesinės literatūros analizė; 2. Neišimamųjų dantų protezų gamyba. Tyrimo rezultatai: Pagamintus protezus veikiant HCl rūgštimi pastebėta, kad tiek metalo keramikos, tiek bemetalės keramikos protezų reljefo grublėtumas jaučiamas labiau, metalinis karkasas patamsėjo, tapo žalsvos spalvos. Protezų dažai nenubluko.	en_US
