dc.description	Relevance of the topic: The spread of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus, Covid-19, has spanned the entire international community and caused a fairly widespread public health problem. Following the announcement of a pandemic across the country, the provision of dental services was restricted during the first quarantine, making it difficult for people to enter dental clinics. The consequences of poor oral and dental care can lead to serious and severe health problems. Research problem: What is the opinion of the residents about the availability of dental treatment during quarantine? Object of the study: Residents opinion on the availability of dental treatment during quarantine. Aim of the study: To reveal the opinion of the population about the availability of dental treatment during quarantine. Tasks: To describe the variety of dental treatment services. To define changes in dental treatment during the first and second quarantine. To compare the opinion of the population about the availability of urgent, preventive and therapeutic services during quarantine. Methodology: 225 Lithuanian residents who were not subject to additional sampling were interviewed using the quantitative survey questionnaire method. The obtained data were statistically analyzed and presented in diagrams and tables. Research participants: Random residents of Lithuania who needed dental services during quarantine. Results: The survey data show that respondents believe that dental services should be provided during quarantine, as the majority of people needed dental services during the first and second quarantine. The majority of respondents applied for urgent dental repair, restoration of fallen fillings, orthodontic services, tooth extraction and treatment of gum disease. dc.description.abstract	Temos aktualumas: Išplitęs sunkus ūmaus respiracinio sindromo koronavirusas Covid-19 apėmė visą tarptautinę bendruomenę ir sukėlė gana plačią visuomenės sveikatos problemą. Visoje šalyje paskelbus pandemiją, pirmojo karantino metu buvo apribotas odontologinių paslaugų teikimas, todėl žmonės susidūrė su problemomis, norint patekti į klinikas dantų gydymui. Netinkamos burnos ir dantų priežiūros pasekmės gali sukelti rimtas ir sunkias sveikatos problemas. Tyrimo problema: Kokia gyventojų nuomonė apie odontologinio gydymo prieinamumą karantino metu? Tyrimo objektas: Gyventojų nuomonė apie odontologinio gydymo prieinamumą karantino metu. Tyrimo tikslas: Atskleisti gyventojų nuomonę apie odontologinio gydymo prieinamumą karantino metu. Darbo uždaviniai: Aprašyti odontologinio gydymo paslaugų įvairovę. Apibrėžti odontologinio gydymo pokyčius pirmojo ir antrojo karantino metu. Palyginti gyventojų nuomonę apie skubių, profilaktinių ir terapinių paslaugų prieinamumą karantino metu. Metodika: Kiekybinio tyrimo anketinės apklausos metodu buvo apklausti 225 Lietuvos gyventojai, kuriems papildoma atranka nebuvo taikoma. Gauti duomenys statistiškai buvo analizuoti ir pateikiami diagramose bei lentelėse. Tyrimo dalyviai: Atsitiktiniai Lietuvos gyventojai, kuriems prireikė odontologinių paslaugų karantino laikotarpiu. Rezultatai: Tyrimo duomenys rodo, kad respondentų nuomone odontologinės paslaugos karantino metu turi būti teikiamos, nes didžiajai daliai žmonių prireikė odontologinių paslaugų pirmojo ir antrojo karantino metu. Daugiausiai respondentų kreipėsi dėl skubaus dantų taisymo, iškritusių plombų atstatymo, ortodontinių paslaugų, dantų traukimo ir dantenų ligų gydymo. Per visą karantino laikotarpį respondentų burnos ir psichologinė būklės suprastėjo	en_US
