dc.description	The aim of the professional BA thesis. To give suggestions for the improvement of management activities after analysing the peculiarities of management activities in Kaunas kindergarten “Svirnelis”. Objectives of the professional BA thesis: 1. to perform theoretical analysis of management activities; 2. to analyse the peculiarities of management activities in Kaunas kindergarten “Svirnelis”; 3. to provide recommendations for the improvement of management activities. Methods of the professional BA thesis. The analysis of scientific literature and other sources of information, the analysis of the survey results have been used in the research. The structure of the professional BA thesis. The theoretical part discusses the concept of management and leadership, introduces leadership styles and their significance for the organization's activities. The analytical part presents the characteristics of the institution, research methodology and presents the research results. The project part provides recommendations for the improvement of the institution's management activities.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Darbo tikslas. Išanalizavus vadovavimo veiklų ypatumus Kauno lopšelyje-darželyje „Svirnelis“, pateikti pasiūlymus vadovavimo veiklų tobulinimui. Darbo uždaviniai: 1. atlikti vadovavimo veiklų teorinę analizę; 2. išanalizuoti vadovavimo veiklų ypatumus Kauno lopšelyje-darželyje „Svirnelis“; 3. pateikti vadovavimo veiklų tobulinimo rekomendacijas. Darbo metodai: Mokslinės literatūros ir kitų informacijos šaltinių analizė; anketinės apklausos rezultatų analizė. Darbo struktūra. Teorinėje dalyje aptariama vadovavimo bei lyderystės samprata, pristatomi vadovavimo stiliai ir jų reikšmė organizacijos veiklai. Aptariama darnaus vadovavimo samprata, principai bei darnaus vadovavimo įrankiai viešajame sektoriuje. Analitinėje dalyje pristatoma įstaigos charakteristika, tyrimo metodologija bei pateikiami tyrimo rezultatai. Projektinėje dalyje pateikiamos rekomendacijos įstaigos vadovavimo veiklų tobulinimui.	en_US
