| dc.description | This study is analysis of current and reconstructive state of Donatas Vorušila homestead which is located in Kaišiadorių region, eldership of Palomenė, village of Neprėkšta, about 50 kilometers from Kaunas to south-east. The goal of this thesis was to analyze the current state of homestead and how to make it more welcoming. Everything was done with the help of a computer program Realtime Landscaping Architect 2016. At this moment Donatas Vorušila homestead is not in a good shape. Plants are old and not decorative, there’s only a few flowers growing in the whole yard and even those look bad. In the current state there are no paths at all, not even a decent entry to homestead. Buildings are old, some of them even look like they could collapse at any moment, and it is also taken in to consideration of reconstruction, but that’s another project. Basically the only aesthetic view is when apple trees are blooming in spring with white, beautiful blossoms and also the big lake of Neprėkštos village that can be entered and seen from Donatas Vorušila homestead. To make this homestead more beautiful and welcoming it was decided to plant some ever green plants, mostly conifer trees, also some shrubs with decorative leaves or blossoms. Plants where picked around the criteria of not being too needy, easy to grow and doesn’t need a lot of attention. Also the plants needs for soil had to match to the current soil in Donatas Vorušila homestead, same as the climate. Needless to say all offered plants for reconstructive plan are perfectly capable of growing in Lithuania. It is also offered to install some flower gardens, only two to be exact. Their composition is considerably small, only from 4 different kinds of flowers. It was shaped into a round form of circle, so that every flower and the same view could be seen from any place in the homestead. In the middle of the flower garden are the tallest plants and to the edge they are getting smaller. Also I’ve made the system of paths that connects main buildings, proper entry to the homestead with a car lot and some stepping stones from main building to lake. All the plants and flowers are not hard to be installed and took care of. The recommendations how to install everything and how to take care of it were written in this thesis. When installing a plant it is up most importance to not plant it too deep, because some trees and shrubs, mostly conifers really hate it. When taking care of a plant it is most important to water it on hot and dry days, also cut the burnt or rotten branches. Estimated cost of everything was about 5176.64 Euros. In this price are only involved the cost of project itself and materials for building paths, car lot, proper entry to homestead. Estimated cost of these things are more than 65 % of the whole amount and it doesn’t even include the job itself. Flowers and plants taking only about 13 % of the amount. | dc.description.abstract | Siūlomajame projekte vaizduojama, kokiais būdais sukurti Donato Vorušilos sodyboje estetišką vaizdą naudojant visžalius ar vasaržalius augalus. Didžiąją sodinamų augalų dalį sudaro spygliuočiai medžiai ir krūmai. Augalai buvo parinkti nereikalaujantys daug priežiūros bei atsižvelgus į sodyboje esantį dirvožemį bei klimatą minėtame regione. Visi parinkti augalai puikiai auga Lietuvoje. Taip pat siūloma įrengti du smulios sandaros gėlynus, kurie susideda iš keturių skirtingų gėlių rūšių. Šie gėlynai yra apvalios formos, kad visa spalvų gama matytųsi iš bet kurios vietos sodyboje. Gėlynų viduryje susodintos vidutinio aukščio gėlės, o kraštuose - mažaūgės gėlės. Dar siūloma įrengti takų sistemą sodyboje ir automobilių aikštelę. Visų siūlomų medžių, krūmų ir gėlių įrengimas nėra sudėtingas ir nereikalauja daug priežiūros. Šiame darbe yra pateiktos rekomendacijos kaip viską įrengti ir prižiūrėti. Sodinant augalus svarbiausia jų neįsodinti per gyliai (tai ypač svarbu spygliuočių, kadangi jie to labai nemėgsta), o augalus prižiūrint svarbu juos palaistyti karštomis dienomi bei pašalinti nudegusias ar sudžiūvusias šakeles. Siūlomo projekto įgyvendinimo kaina yra 5176.64 eurų. Didžiąją dalį, apie 65 procentus, šios kainos sudaro takų sistemos, mašinų aikštelės bei padoraus įvažiavimo į sodybą įrengimui reikalingos medžiagos. Medžiai, krūmai bei gėlės sudaro tik 13 proc. kainos. Į bendrą kainą nėra įskaičiuotas darbo mokestis, kadangi sodybos savininkas nori pasidaryti viską pats. | en_US |
