dc.description	The aim of the professional BA thesis. To make proposals and recommendations on how to increase employee involvement in the kindergarten "Bitutė" after carrying out analysis of employee involvement. Objectives of the professional BA thesis. To explain the theoretical aspects of employee involvement, identify the factors determining employee involvement in the kindergarten "Bitutė", propose measures and ways to increase employee engagement in the kindergarten "Bitutė". Methods of the professional BA thesis. Analysis of scientific literature, structured interviews and questionnaire surveys have been used to analysis the aspects of increasing employee engagement. The structure. The thesis consists of three parts. The theoretical part discusses the concept and importance of employee engagement, analyzes the factors of employee involvement. The analytical part of the work graphically presents and describes the results of the institution's survey. The project part contains recommendations for employee involvement and an improvement plan.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Iškeltas tikslas, atlikus darbuotojų įsitraukimo analizę, pateikti siūlymus ir rekomendacijas darbuotojų įsitraukimui didinti lopšelyje-darželyje „Bitutė“. Darbe pateikti darbo uždaviniai: teoriškai paaiškinti darbuotojų įsitraukimo į darbą aspektus, nustatyti veiksnius, lemiančius darbuotojų įsitraukimą į darbą lopšelyje-darželyje „Bitutė“, pasiūlyti priemones ir būdus darbuotojų įsitraukimo didinimui lopšelyje-darželyje „Bitutė“. Analizuojant darbuotojų įsitraukimo didinimo aspektus naudojama mokslinės literatūros analizė, struktūrizuotas interviu ir anketinė apklausa. Darbą sudaro trys dalys: Teorinėje dalyje aptariama darbuotojų įsitraukimo samprata ir svarba, analizuojami darbuotojų įsitraukimo veiksniai. Analitinėje darbo dalyje grafiškai pateikiami ir aprašomi įstaigos tyrimo rezultatai. Projektinėje dalyje pateikiamos darbuotojų įsitraukimo į darbą rekomendacijos bei veiksmų tobulinimo planas.	en_US
