dc.description	The aim of the professional BA thesis. To find the optimal solution for the adaptation period. Objectives of the professional BA thesis: 1. to define the adaptation process theory; 2. to identify the problems in the current system; 3. to suggest improvements in current adaptation process in “Evolution Gaming”. Methods of the professional BA thesis. The analysis of scientific literature and other information sources, questionnaire and interview have been used in this research. The structure. The theoretical part presents the aspects of the adaptation process of new employees and the main concept, course, determining factors. The analytical part focuses on the company and necessary information, the research and its process and the results obtained. The project part presents the possibilities of improving the adaptation process in UAB “Evolution Gaming” on the basis of obtained research results in the analytical part and the main problems of the process.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Darbo tikslas: išsiaiškinti pagrindine problema darbuotojų adaptacijos atveju, dėl kokių priežasčių darbuotojams gali būti sunku greičiau priprasti prie darbo ir pateikti siūlymus kaip visą tai pagerinti. Darbo uždaviniai: 1. Aprašyti adaptacijos proceso teoriją. 2. Identifikuoti dabartines adaptacijos proceso problemas. 3. Pateikti adaptacijos proceso UAB „Evolution Gaming“ tobulinimo galimybes. Darbo metodai mokslinės teorinės literatūros ir kitų informacijos šaltinių analizė, anketinė apklausa, grafinis vaizdavimas. Darbo struktūra: teorinėje darbo dalyje aprašomas darbuotojų adaptacijos procesas, bei adaptacijos teorijos. Analitinėje darbo dalyje rašoma informaciją apie pasirinkta įmonę, patį tyrimą ir gautus tyrimo rezultatus. Projektinėje dalyje pateikiamos UAB „Evolution gaming“ galimas darbuotojų adaptacijos proceso tobulinimas, pasinaudojant analitinėje dalyje gautus rezultatus, išanalizavus interviu ir atsižvelgiant į pagrindines proceso problemas.	en_US
