| dc.description.abstract | Darbo tikslas. Išanalizavus darbuotojų patirčių valdymo teorinius aspektus, įvertinti UAB „Žalioji banga“ darbuotojų patirtis ir pateikti gerinimo pasiūlymus. Darbo metodai. Mokslinės literatūros ir kitų informacijos šaltinių analizė ir sintezė, anketinė apklausa, gautų duomenų analizė. Darbo struktūra.
