| dc.description | The aim of the BA thesis. To analyze the current image of “ARV - Auto” from the point of view of customers and employees, to present improvement proposals. Methods of the professional BA thesis. The analysis of scientific literature, quantitative research – questionnaire survey have been used in the work. The structure of the BA thesis. The theoretical part of the work analyzes the scientific literature and other sources on the image: its concept, characteristics, structure and factors of formation. The analytical part presents the characteristics of the organization, explains the results of the research from the point of view of customers and employees, presents conclusions and summaries. The practical part presents suggestions for the “ARV - Auto” image improvement. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Darbo tikslas. Išanalizuoti UAB „ARV - Auto“ dabartinį įvaizdį klientų ir darbuotojų požiūriu, pateikti tobulinimo pasiūlymus. Darbo metodai. Mokslinės literatūros analizė, kiekybinis tyrimas – anketinė apklausa. Darbo struktūra. Teorinėje darbo dalyje analizuojama mokslinė literatūra ir kiti šaltiniai apie įvaizdį: jo samprata, charakteristika, struktūra ir formavimo veiksniai. Analitinėje dalyje pristatoma organizacijos veiklos charakteristika, aiškinami tyrimo rezultatai klientų ir darbuotojų požiūriu, pateikiamos išvados ir apibendrinimai.
