dc.description	The aim of the professional BA thesis. To analyze the organization of ancillary activities in AB ORLEN Lietuva and to present an improvement project. Objectives of the professional BA thesis: 1. to describe the organization of ancillary activities from a theoretical perspective; 2. to evaluate the peculiarities of the organization of ancillary activities in AB ORLEN Lietuva; 3. to submit a project to improve the organization of ancillary activities in AB ORLEN Lietuva. Methods of the professional BA thesis. The analysis of scientific theoretical literature and other sources of information, questionnaire survey, interviews, observation have been applied in the research. The structure. The theoretical part discusses the concept, the essence, the importance of ancillary activities for the company's performance, the organization of the work environment in ancillary activities and the essential aspects of the organization of these activities during the quarantine period. The analytical part of the work presents the characteristics of AB ORLEN Lietuva, the methods used during the research, discusses and evaluates the results of the research on the organization of ancillary activities. The project part of the work presents a project to improve the organization of ancillary activities.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Darbo tikslas – išanalizuoti AB ,,ORLEN Lietuva“ pagalbinės veiklos organizavimą ir pateikti tobulinimo projektą. Darbo uždaviniai: 1. Apibūdinti pagalbinės veiklos organizavimą teoriniu aspektu. 2. Įvertinti AB ,,ORLEN Lietuva“ pagalbinės veiklos organizavimo ypatumus. 3. Pateikti AB ,,ORLEN Lietuva“ pagalbinės veiklos organizavimo tobulinimo projektą. Darbo metodai. Mokslinės teorinės literatūros ir kitų informacijos šaltinių analizė, anketinė apklausa, interviu, stebėjimas. Darbo struktūra. Teorinėje dalyje aptariama pagalbinės veiklos samprata, esmė, svarba įmonės veiklos rezultatams, darbo aplinkos organizavimas pagalbinėje veikloje bei šios veiklos organizavimo esminiai aspektai karantino laikotarpiu. Analitinėje darbo dalyje pateikiama AB ,,ORLEN Lietuva“ charakteristika, tyrimo metu naudojami metodai, aptariami ir įvertinami pagalbinės veiklos organizavimo tyrimo rezultatai. Projektinėje darbo dalyje pateikiamos pagalbinės veiklos organizavimo tobulinimo projektas.	en_US
