dc.description	The aim of the professional BA thesis. After analyzing the organization of planning and implementation of UAB "Zeta" projects, to present improvement opportunities. Objectives of the professional BA thesis: 1. to theoretically define the organization of project planning and implementation; 2. to evaluate the organization of project planning an dimplementation in UAB "Zeta"; 3. to determine the possibilities of improving the planning and implementation organization of UAB "Zeta" projects. Methods of the professional BA thesis. The analysis of scientific literature and other sources of information, questionnaire survey, interviews, the analysis of documents have been applied in the research. The structure. The thesis consists of three parts. The theoretical part describes the organization of project planning and implementation from a theoretical perspective. The analytical part presents the characteristics of UAB "Zeta" company, research methodology and presents the research results and their analysis. The project part identifies the possibilities for improving the planning and implementation organization of UAB "Zeta" projects.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Darbo tikslas. Išanalizavus UAB „Zeta“ projektų planavimo ir įgyvendinimo organizavimą, pateikti tobulinimo galimybes. Darbo uždaviniai: 1. Teoriškai apibrėžti projektų planavimo ir įgyvendinimo organizavimą. 2. Įvertinti projektų planavimo ir įgyvendinimo organizavimą UAB „Zeta“. 3. Nustatyti UAB „Zeta“ projektų planavimo ir įgyvendinimo organizavimo tobulinimo galimybes. Darbo metodai. Mokslinės literatūros bei kitų informacijos šaltinių analizė, anketinė apklausa, interviu, dokumentų analizė. Darbo struktūra. Profesinio bakalauro baigiamąjį darbą sudaro trys dalys. Teorinėje dalyje apibūdinamas projektų planavimo ir įgyvendinimo organizavimas teoriniu aspektu .Analitinėje darbo dalyje pristatoma UAB „Zeta“ įmonės charakteristika, tyrimo metodika bei pateikiami tyrimo rezultatai ir jų analizė. Projektinėje dalyje nustatomos UAB „Zeta“ projektų planavimo ir įgyvendinimo organizavimo tobulinimo galimybės.	en_US
