| dc.description | The aim of the professional BA thesis. To provide recommendations for improvement, after analysing the peculiarities of external communication administration. Objectives of the professional BA thesis: 1. to define the concept of communication from the theoretical perspective; 2. to perform the analysis of company external communication administration; 3. to provide recommendations for the improvement of company external communication. Methods of the professional BA thesis. The analysis, systematization, scientific literature analysis, analysis of company data, questionnaire survey, interviews have been applied in the research. The structure. The theoretical part discusses the concept of communication and the most important organization. The analytical part presents the characteristics of the company, discusses the research methodology. The project part focuses on the evaluation of the research results, submitting proposals for the improvement of the external communication administration. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Darbo tikslas. Išanalizavus išorinės komunikacijos administravimo ypatumus, pateikti tobulinimo rekomendacijas. Darbo uždaviniai: 1. Apibrėžti komunikacijos sampratą teoriniu aspektu. 2. Atlikti UAB „Amber Cargo“ išorinės komunikacijos administravimo analizę. 3. Pateikti rekomendacijas UAB „Amber Cargo“ išorinės komunikacijos tobulinimui. Darbo metodai. Mokslinės literatūros analizė, sisteminimas ir apibendrinimas, įmonės duomenų analizė, anketinė apklausa, interviu. Darbo struktūra. Teorinėje dalyje aptariama komunikacijos samprata ir svarba organizacijai. Analitinėje darbo dalyje pateikiama įmonės charakteristika, aptariama tyrimo metodika. Projektinėje dalyje pateikiamas atliktų tyrimų rezultatų vertinimas, pateikiami pasiūlymai išorinės komunikacijos administravimo tobulinimui. | en_US |
