| dc.description | The aim of the professional BA thesis. To analyse the efficiency of combining different forms of work in MB “LC paslaugų centras” and to provide recommendations. Objectives of the professional BA thesis: 1. to define the effectiveness of the coordination of forms of work organization from theoretical perspective; 2. to conduct a survey of MB “LC paslaugų centras” employees and clients regarding the efficiency of coordination of work forms; 3. to prepare a project of measures to increase the efficiency of the harmonization of work forms. Methods of the professional BA thesis. The analysis of scientific literature; quantitative research of MB “LC paslaugų centras” employees (questionnaire); graphical representation of data have been used in this work. The structure of the professional BA thesis. The work consists of three parts. The theoretical part of the work discusses the peculiarities of the forms of work organization, the practical part of the work presents the methodology of the research part and the results of the research. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Darbo tikslas: išanalizuoti MB „LC paslaugų centras“ darbo organizavimo formų derinimo efektyvumą ir pateikti rekomendacijas. Darbo uždaviniai: 1. Teoriškai pagrįsti darbo organizavimo formų derinimo efektyvumą; 2. Atlikti MB „LC paslaugų centras“ darbuotojų ir klientų nuomonės kiekybinį tyrimą, dėl darbo formų derinimo efektyvumo; 3. Parengti darbo formų derinimo siekiant efektyvumo didinimo priemonių projektą. Darbo metodai: • Mokslinės literatūros analizė; • MB „LC paslaugų centras“ darbuotojų kiekybinis tyrimas (anketavimas); • Grafinis duomenų vaizdavimas. Darbo struktūra: darbas sudarytas iš trijų dalių. Teorinėje darbo dalyje aptariami darbo organizavimo formų ypatumai, praktinėje darbo dalyje pateikiama tiriamosios dalies metodika bei atlikto tyrimo rezultatai. | en_US |
