dc.description	The aim of the professional BA thesis. After analyzing the projects and their administration in MB "GWCA", to submit suggestions for the improvement of project administration. Objectives of the professional BA thesis: 1. to analyze the theoretical aspects of projects and project management; 2. to carry out the analysis of project administration processes in MB “GWCA”; 3. to submit suggestions for improving the project administration process in MB “GWCA”. Objective of the professional BA thesis. Project administration in MB “GWCA”. Methods of the professional BA thesis. The work includes analysis of scientific literature, SSGG analysis, interview, descriptive (interpretive) analysis. The structure. The thesis consists of an introduction, 3 parts, conclusions. The theoretical part presents the project concept, project classification, project (idea) selection methods and project management concept, project management success and failure factors, EU programme project implementation stages to receive support. The analytical part of the work presents the description of the researched company. In order to clarify the purpose of the work, a qualitative research has been conducted - an interview and the results of its answers were analyzed. The project part presents suggestions that encourage MB “GWCA” to take the recommended improvement actions.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Darbo tikslas. Išanalizavus projektus bei jų administravimą MB „GWCA“, pateikti pasiūlymus dėl projektų administravimo tobulinimo. Darbo uždaviniai. 1. Išanalizuoti projektų ir projektų vadymo teorinius aspektus; 2. Atlikti projektų administravimo procesų analizę MB „GWCA“; 3. Pateikti pasiūlymus dėl projektų administravimo proceso tobulinimo galimybių MB „GWCA“. Darbo objektas. Projektų administravimas MB „GWCA“. Darbo metodai. Mokslinės literatūros analizė, SSGG analizė, interviu, aprašomoji (interpretacinė) analizė. Darbo struktūra. Baigiamąjį darbą sudaro įvadas, 3 dalys, išvados. Teorinėje dalyje pateikiama projekto samprata, projektų klasifikacija, projekto (idėjos) atrankos metodai ir projekto valdymo samprata, projekto valdymo sėkmių ir nesėkmių veiksniai, ES programų projektų etapai, paramai gauti. Analitinėje darbo dalyje pateikiamas tiriamos įmonės apibūdinimas. Siekiant išaiškinti darbo tikslą buvo atliktas kokybinis tyrimas – interviu bei analizuojami jo atsakymų rezultatai. Projektinėje dalyje pateikiami pasiūlymai skatinantys MB „GWCA“ įmonę imtis rekomenduotų tobulinimo veiksmų.	en_US
