dc.description	The aim of the professional BA thesis. To investigate the criteria of insolvency and fairness of natural persons, and to propose possible solutions to the problems of the bankruptcy process of natural persons. Research methods. The analysis of legal acts and scientific literature, analysis of court cases related to personal bankruptcy; logical analytical, historical methods have been applied in the research. The structure of the professional BA thesis. The first part of the work discusses the concept of the institute of bankruptcy of natural persons and positive legal regulation. The second part of the paper sets out the criteria for insolvency and fairness of individuals during the bankruptcy process. The third part presents an assessment of the insolvency and fairness criteria for bankruptcy of natural persons.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Darbo tikslas – ištirti fizinių asmenų nemokumo ir sąžiningumo kriterijus bei pasiūlyti galimus fizinių asmenų bankroto proceso problemų sprendimus. Darbo metodai – teisės aktų analizė, mokslinės literatūros analizė, teismo bylų susijusių su asmens bankrotu analizė, loginis analitinis metodas, istorinis metodas. Darbo struktūra: pirmoje darbo dalyje aptariama fizinių asmenų bankroto instituto samprata ir pozityvusis teisinis reguliavimas. Antrojoje darbo dalyje nustatomi fizinių asmenų nemokumo ir sąžiningumo kriterijai, bankroto proceso metu. Trečioje dalyje pateikimas fizinių asmenų bankroto nemokumo ir sąžiningumo kriterijų vertinimas.	en_US
