To elucidate the relationship between an impeccable reputation and human rights and to identify the reasons for the absence of an impeccable reputation. Research methods. Descriptive, analytical and linguistic methods have been applied in the research. | dc.description.abstract | Darbo tikslas. Išsiaiškinti nepriekaištingos reputacijos valstybės tarnyboje sąžiningumą, kontrolę bei išskirti teorinių ir praktinių aspektų prieštaravimus. Darbo metodai. Naudojami aprašomasis, analitinis ir lingvistinis metodai: aprašomąjį metodą panaudojau nagrinėjant valstybės tarnautojų ir nepriekaištingos reputacijos sąvokas. Analitinį - norint atskleisti darbo turinį ir išanalizuoti taikant problemos svarbą. Darbo struktūra. Teorinėje dalyje aptariama valstybės tarnautojų ir nepriekaištingos reputacijos sąvokų samprata Lietuvos Respublikos teisės aktuose. Analitinėje dalyje analizuojami kriterijai, dėl kokių priežasčių prarandama nepriekaištinga reputacija.
