dc.description	The aim of the professional BA thesis is to define the concept of the application of coercive medical measuresin criminal law, their peculiarities and shortcomings, as well as theoretical and practical problems related to this topic. Research methods. A logical analytical method, i.e. analysis of legislation, scientific literature and case law, and descriptive analysis of literary sources have been used in this work. Moreover,a generalization method has been employed to summarise conclusions, to perform the tasks set out in the thesis. The structure of the professional BA thesis. The thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters and conclusions. The theoretical part discusses the concept of application of coercive medical measures. The analytical part of the thesis presents the process of forced medical measures. In the methodological part of the work the extension, modification or withdrawal of coercive medical measures are introduced. The results of the research are summarized in conclusions.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Darbo tikslas yra apibrėžti priverčiamųjų medicinos priemonių taikymo sampratą baudžiamojoje teisėje, jų ypatumus ir trūkumus, taip pat teorines ir praktines šios temos problemas. Darbo metodai pasitelkiama loginis analitinis metodas tai yra teisės aktų analizė, mokslinės literatūros ir teismų praktikos. Taip pat aprašomasis – literatūros šaltinių analize. Naudojamas apibendrinimo metodas, išvadoms apibendrinti, atlikti darbe iškeltus uždavinius. Darbo struktūra sudaro įvadas, trys skyriai ir išvados. Teorinėje dalyje aptariama priverčiamųjų medicinos priemonių taikymo samprata. Analitinėje darbo dalyje pateikiama priverčiamųjų medicinos priemonių proceso eiga. Metodinėje darbo dalyje priverčiamųjų medicinos priemonių taikymo pratęsimas, jos rūšies pakeitimas ar panaikinimas. Išvadose darbo apibendrinimas, atsakymas į uždavinius.	en_US
