Analytical and descriptive and research methods, analysis of scientific literature, legislation and case law have been used in the work. The structure of the professional BA thesis. The first part of the thesis analyzes the ways of resolving business disputes. The second part of the work studies the concept of force majeure and its classification. dc.description.abstract	Darbo tikslas – Išanalizuoti nenugalimos jėgos instituto taikymo verslo ginčuose ypatumus. Darbo metodai – Darbe pasitelkiama analitiniu, aprašomuoju ir analizės tyrimo metodais, nagrinėjama mokslinė literatūra, kartu remiantis teisės aktais ir teismų praktika. Darbo struktūra – Pirmoje darbo dalyje analizuojami verslo ginčų sprendimo būdai, samprata ir esminės kilimo priežastys. Antroje darbo dalyje pradedama analizuoti nenugalimos jėgos samprata, taikymo sąlygos ir požymių analizė. Trečioje dalyje lyginamoji analizė force majeure instituto ir sutarties vykdymo suvaržymo dėl pasikeitusių aplinkybių instituto.	en_US
