| dc.description | The aim of the professional BA thesis. To explain the concept of inheritance, to analyze the missed terms and methods of the acceptance of inheritance and to analyze the legal cases of the acceptance of inheritance on the basis of case-law analysis. Research methods. Descriptive, comparative methods and the analysis of case-law have been applied in the research. The structure of the professional BA thesis. The theoretical part of the thesis discusses the concept of inheritance, its terms and methods. The practical part of the work compares the peculiarities of accepting an inheritance after the actual commencement of the management of the property. The last part of the paper, based on the case-law, analyzes the practical situations of the acceptance of inheritance after the actual commencement of management of the property. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Darbo tikslas. Išnagrinėti palikimo priėmimo faktiškai pradėjus valdyti turtą ypatumus paveldėjimo teisės kontekste, kokie yra galimi palikimo priėmimo būdai, kaip teismų praktikoje realizuojama ši įpėdinių teisė. Darbo metodai. Aprašomasis, lyginamasis metodas ir teismų praktikos analizė. Darbo struktūra. Baigiamąjį darbą sudaro 3 dalys ir išvados. Pirmoje dalyje nagrinėjama palikimo samprata, terminai ir palikimo būdai. Antroje dalyje analizuojama faktiniai palikimo valdymo požymiai. Taip pat sąlygos norint priimti palikimą pagal turto apyrašą, neveiksnių ar ribotai veiksnių asmenų teisė į palikimą. Ir sąlygos bei situacijos norint atsisakyti palikimo. Trečioje dalyje remiantis teismų praktiką, išanalizuoti atvejai priimant palikimą. | en_US |
