dc.description	Etiquette takes a very important place in the work of a social educator. Etiquette rules helps to communicate properly and prevent conflicts or resolve it painlessly in various situations with children, their parents and colleagues. In this study the etiquette of clothing, makeup, hairstyle, behavior and language culture, netiquette is analyzed. This topic was poorly analyzed by scientists and practitioners in Lithuania, but foreign scholars studied and analyzed widely. The goal of the paper is to reveal the importance of etiquette in social educator’s work. Objectives of the paper: 1. To perform an analysis of scientific literature on the importance of clothing, make-up and hairstyle in the work of a social educator. 2. To perform an analysis of scientific literature on the importance of language and culture of behavior in the work of a social educator. 3. To perform an analysis of scientific literature on the importance of netiquette in the work of a social educator. 4. To research the opinion of social educators about the importance of clothing, make-up, hairstyle, language and behavior culture, netiquette in their profesional activities when working directly and remotely. Research methods: analysis of scientific literature, questionnaire and statistical data analysis. Conclusions: analysis of scientific literature and the research has revealed that etiquette is important in the work of a social educator which helps to avoid many misunderstandings, conflicts or other negative factors influencing cooperation and the educational process and it is one of the foundations of professionalism and success. Suggestions for the improvement: social educators should read newest scientific literature about clothing, make-up, hairstyle and netiquette in pedagogical work. The volume of the paper: 2 chapters: the 1st describes the importance and the meaning of etiquette in social educator’s work; the 2nd describes methods and process of research and reveals its results. dc.description.abstract	Etiketas yra labai svarbus socialinio pedagogo darbe bendraujant su vaikais, jų tėvais, kolegomis ir socialiniais partneriais, nes etiketo taisyklių laikymasis padeda išvengti konfliktų ir juos spręsti. Užsienio autoriai išsamiai tyrinėja ir aprašo aprangos, makiažo, šukuosenos, elgesio ir kalbos kultūros, interneto etiketą, tačiau Lietuvos edukologai tam skiria labai mažai dėmesio. Tyrimo problema. Tyrimų ir literatūros trūkumas apie etiketo taisykles socialinio pedagogo profesinėje veikloje. Darbo objektas – etiketo elementų (aprangos, kalbos ir elgesio kultūros, interneto etiketo) svarba socialinio pedagogo darbe. Darbo tikslas – tirti etiketą socialinio pedagogo darbe. Darbo uždaviniai: 1. Atlikti mokslinės literatūros analizę apie aprangos, makiažo ir šukuosenos etiketo svarbą socialinio pedagogo darbe. 2. Atlikti mokslinės literatūros analizę apie kalbos ir elgesio kultūros etiketo svarbą socialinio pedagogo darbe. 3. Atlikti mokslinės literatūros analizę apie tinklo etiketo svarbą socialinio pedagogo darbe. 4. Ištirti socialinių pedagogų nuomonę apie aprangos, makiažo, šukuosenos, kalbos ir elgesio kultūros, tinklo etiketo svarbą profesinėje veikloje dirbant tiesiogiai ir nuotoliniu būdu. Empirinio tyrimo metodika ir eiga: remiantis mokslinės literatūros šaltinių analize, 2020 metų lapkričio mėnesį atliktas kiekybinis empirinis tyrimas, kurio metu, taikant anketinę apklausą, apklausti 45 Lietuvos socialiniai pedagogai. Atlikta statistinių duomenų analizė. Išvados: Išanalizavus Lietuvos ir užsienio mokslinę literatūrą nustatyta, kad kalbos ir elgesio kultūros etiketo išmanymas ir taikymas socialinio pedagogo darbe padeda išvengti daugelio nesusipratimų, konfliktų ar kitų neigiamai bendradarbiavimą, ugdymo procesą įtakojančių veiksnių ir yra vienas iš profesionalumo bei sėkmės pagrindų. Rekomendacijos: Socialiniams pedagogams daugiau domėtis literatūra apie interneto etiketą, tinkamos aprangos, makiažo ir šukuosenos parinkimą.	en_US
