dc.description	Relevance of the work: These days, there is an increasing emphasis on the cult of beauty in the world. Cosmetics and hardware techniques are used to influence the improvement of the external body image without sparing either time or money. A study by the Dove brand, Mirrors, found that as many as 80% of women are dissatisfied with the image they see in the mirror (Newswire, 2014). However, even with body problems, many people do not dare to seek professional attention for the need to undress during body procedures. Research problem: What is the attitude of the population towards cosmetological body procedures and the influence of ethical service on their choice? The object of the research: The attitude of the population to cosmetological body procedures. The aim of the research: To reveal the attitude of the population to cosmetological body procedures and the influence of ethical service on their choice. Objectives of the research: 1. To describe cosmetological body procedures. 2. To theoretically explain the concept of ethical service and its importance in cosmetological body procedures. 3. To determine the attitude of the population to cosmetological body procedures and the influence of ethical service on their choice. Research methods: 1. Analysis of scientific and professional literature, the aim of which is to review cosmetological body procedures on a theoretical level, and the importance of ethical service in performing them. 2. Empirical research - a questionnaire survey, the aim of which is to find out the attitude of the population to cosmetic body procedures and the influence of ethical service on their choice. Subjects: 102 respondents, aged 18 to 55 and older. The main results of the empirical research: The majority of respondents - 76.4% are only partially satisfied with the appearance of their body, the most dissatisfied - 18-35 years old. women. Almost half of the respondents attend body procedures - 46.1% of the respondents, who mostly choose procedures aimed at improving the aesthetic appearance of the skin, correction of non-body shapes. For those attending body procedures, the need to undress during the procedures does not cause any inconvenience to many respondents - 51.1%. The main factor that would encourage people who do not use the services to attend body treatments is full trust in a specialist.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Temos aktualumas: Šiomis dienomis pasaulyje vis labiau akcentuojamas grožio kultas. Kosmetikos priemonėmis ir aparatinėmis metodikomis stengiamasi daryti įtaką išorinio kūno vaizdo tobulinimui, negailint nei laiko, nei pinigų. Prekinio ženklo ,,Dove“ atlikto tyrimo ,,Mirrors“ metu paaiškėjo, kad net 80% moterų nėra patenkintos atvaizdu, kurį mato veidrodyje (Newswire, 2014). Tačiau netgi turėdami kūno problemų, daugelis žmonių nedrįsta kreiptis į specialistus dėl būtinybės apsinuoginti kūno procedūrų metu. Tyrimo problema: Koks gyventojų požiūris į kosmetologines kūno procedūras ir etiško aptarnavimo įtaką jų pasirinkimui? Tyrimo objektas: Gyventojų požiūris į kosmetologines kūno procedūras. Tyrimo tikslas: Atskleisti gyventojų požiūrį į kosmetologines kūno procedūras ir etiško aptarnavimo įtaką jų pasirinkimui. Tyrimo uždaviniai: 1. Aprašyti kosmetologines kūno procedūras. 2. Teoriškai paaiškinti etiško aptarnavimo sampratą bei jo svarbą atliekant kosmetologines kūno procedūras. 3. Nustatyti gyventojų požiūrį į kosmetologines kūno procedūras ir etiško aptarnavimo įtaką jų pasirinkimui. Tyrimo metodai: 1. Mokslinės ir profesinės literatūros analizė, kurios tikslas teoriniame lygmenyje apžvelgti kosmetologines kūno procedūras, bei etiško aptarnavimo svarbą jas atliekant. 2. Empirinis tyrimas – anketinė apklausa, kurios tikslas išsiaiškinti gyventojų požiūrį į kosmetines kūno procedūras ir etiško aptarnavimo įtaką jų pasirinkimui. Tiriamieji: 102 respondentai, nuo 18 iki 55 ir daugiau metų amžiaus. Pagrindiniai empirinio tyrimo rezultatai: Dauguma respondentų – 76.4% tik iš dalies patenkinti savo kūno išvaizda, daugiausiai nepatenkintų – 18-35m. moterys. Kūno procedūrose lankosi beveik pusė - 46,1% apklaustųjų, kurie dažniausiai renkasi procedūras skirtas odos estetinei išvaizdai gerinti, ne kūno formų korekcijai. Besilankantiems kūno procedūrose būtinybė apsinuoginti procedūrų metu daugeliui respondentų – 51.1% nepatogumų nesukelia. Pagrindinis veiksnys, kuris paskatintų lankytis kūno procedūrose asmenis, kurie nesinaudoja paslaugomis – visiškas pasitikėjimas specialistu	en_US
