Kaunas Collage, University of Applied Sciences, Faculty of Management and Economics, Department of Law. The paper presents material related to the model of social support family. The aim of this work is to present the constitutional meaning, conception and historical development of social support to families. The paper analyses the services provided by the state, regulation, legal norms, which state administrative units use to ensure smooth provision of support to deprived families, single persons. The Swedish Family Social Model is under consideration. Both politicians and social support administrators and givers are faced with certain problems arising from the Family Support Institute for Social Assistance. Emerging political, economic, administrative, or regulatory issues make family support more effective, based on application. The analysis of the topic is relevant in that it is important to assess the advantages and disadvantages of the monetary institute family institute, from the aspects of the feasibility and application of economic, administrative, social support application. The main problem of the (professional BA thesis) – inadequate system of social assistance and support for families, inadequate state aid and family support in crisis situations, complex implementation of social support, and unsafe development and quality of social support for the family. The aim of the (professional BA thesis) – analyse application, effectiveness and legitimacy of the social support for the family institute. Methods of the (professional BA thesis) – Analysis of jurisprudence, literature and legal doctrine, analysis of legal acts, comparative, descriptive. The structure. The first part analyses the constitutional significance, conception and historical development of the Institute of Social Support for the Family in Lithuania. The section analyses the significance of social support in the constitutional meaning of the country; analysing the law, briefly analyses the concept of social support for the family; aspects of social support development in the historical context. The second part analyses the application and application problems of social support for the family. The third part analyses the model of social support for the family in the Kingdom of Sweden. The work consists of 40 pages, 3 tables, 2 pictures, 29 references and sources of information.	en
dc.description.abstract	Socialinės apsaugos teisė reguliuoja santykius socialinės apsaugos srityje. Socialinės apsaugos teisės reguliavimo objektas yra socialiniai teisiniai santykiai, kurie kyla iš socialinių išmokų, valstybinio socialinio draudimo bei socialinės paramos – trijų pagrindinių socialinės apsaugos sistemos dalių Lietuvoje. Valstybinis socialinis draudimas gali būti apibūdinamas kaip tikslinėmis įmokomis arba socialiniais mokesčiais finansuojama išmokų sistema. Socialinė parama – kategorinių išmokų sistema, finansuojama bendros mokesčių sistemos, o parama teikiama neatsižvelgiant nei į pretendentų mokėtus mokesčius, nei į jų pajamas. Išmokų sistema, be įmokų, finansuojama taip pat bendros mokesčių sistemos, bet iš jos teikiama parama, įvertinus pretendento pragyvenimui turimus išteklius.	en_US
