dc.description	In the theoretical part, the issues of customer service logistics, order administration, the importance of transport documents are considered. The analytical part of the work presents the results of a study of the processes of transportation of tent trucks of the company. The practical part presents possible solutions to the problem. The problem of work - the failure to fulfill the terms of the contract for the client, being late to the destination. The aim of the work - optimize the activities of the UAB Manvesta transport company by monitoring. Methods of work - analysis of scientific literature, analysis of company data.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Teorinėje dalyje aptariamas logistinis klientų aptarnavimas, užsakymų administravimas, pervežimo dokumentų svarba. Analitinėje darbo dalyje pateikiami tyrimo rezultatai apie transportavimo procesus įmonės tentiniais vilkikais. Praktinėje dalyje pateikiami galimi sprendimai iškilusiai problemai spręsti. Darbo problema - sutarties sąlygų nevykdymas klientui, vėlavimai į paskirties vietą. Darbo tikslas - transporto įmonės UAB „Manvesta“ veiklos optimizavimas monitoringo būdu. Darbo metodai - mokslinės literatūros analizė, įmonės duomenų analizė.	en_US
