| dc.description | The main and most important function of the furniture is convenient storage of things. However, the furniture needs to be not only comfortable but also beautiful, high quality and accessible to the majority of consumers. Therefore, the main goal of the work is to use the knowledge acquired during the studies to design a bedroom closet and calculate the technological processes and costs required for the production of a wardrobe, analyzing and describing the problems in the production of the wardrobe and their solutions. To achieve this goal, the set tasks and hypothesis were fulfilled. The main problem discussed in the written work is described in the research part. Problem of the work - the written work will describe the problem of edge processing that has arisen in the production process. After analyzing this problem, ways to solve it will be presented. The analysis of literature sources and the study of a pilot experiment were used to find a solution to this problem. In order to achieve the general goal of the final thesis, the content analysis is performed, the theoretical part of the work is formed after the analysis of the methodological materials is made, which describes the accumulated knowledge about the used technologies and furniture quality assurance. Performed calculations - in order to correctly describe the production technology of the cabinet, the written work describes the performed calculations that allow to see the required material consumption, waste, time and production area. Design drawing - in the written work will be used for drawings of the bedroom wardrobe, as well as in the plan of the production workshop. The conclusions describe the results of the work obtained. The systematized information describes the main results of the calculations, discusses the results of the research, confirms the hypothesis and describes the way to solve the problem. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Pagrindinė ir svarbiausia baldų funkcija yra patogus daiktų laikymas. Tačiau, reikia, kad baldas būtų ne tik patogus, bet ir gražus, kokybiškas ir prieinamas didžiajai dalei vartotojų. Todėl pagrindinis darbo tikslas – pasitelkiant studijų metu įgytas žinias, suprojektuoti miegamojo kambario drabužių spintą ir apskaičiuoti drabužių spintos gamybai reikalingus technologinius procesus ir sąnaudas, išanalizuojant ir aprašant spintos gamyboje įvykusias problemas bei jų sprendimo būdus. Šiam tikslui pasiekti įvykdyti išsikelti uždaviniai bei hipotezė. Pagrindinė rašto darbe aptariama problema aprašoma tiriamojoje dalyje. Darbo problema – rašto darbe bus aprašoma gamybos procese iškilusi kraštų apdirbimo problema. Išanalizavus šią problemą bus pateikti jos sprendimo būdai. Šios problemos sprendimui surasti pasitelkta literatūros šaltinių analizė ir bandomojo eksperimento tyrimas. Bendrаm baigiamojo rašto darbo tikslui pasiekti atlikta – turinio analizė, kuomet išanalizavus metodinę medžiagą suformuojama teorinė darbo dalis, kurioje aprašomos sukauptos žinios apie naudojamas technologijas bei baldų kokybės užtikrinimą. Atlikti skaičiavimai – norint teisingai aprašyti spintos gamybos technologiją, rašto darbe aprašomi atlikti skaičiavimai leidžiantys pamatyti reikalingas medžiagų sąnaudas, atliekas, laiką bei gamybos plotą. Atliktas projektavimas – rašto darbe bus naudojamas miegamojo drabužių spintos brėžiniams, taip pat gamybos cecho plane. Išvadose aprašomi gauti darbo rezultatai. Susistemintoje informacijoje aprašomos pagrindiniai skaičiavimų rezultatai, aptariami tyrimo rezultatai patvirtinama išsikelta hipotezė ir aprašomas išsikeltos problemos sprendimo būdas. | en_US |
