dc.description	Relevance of the topic: In order to provide the best possible services to families at social risk, smooth cooperation with other institutions is essential to ensure full assistance. The scientific literature reveals such a need, but does not analyze the difficulties of collaboration. Research problem: what difficulties do social workers face when working with families at social risk in collaboration with other institutions? Object of the research: Difficulties for Social Workers Working with Families at Social Risk in Collaboration with Other Institutions The aim of the research: to determine the difficulties of social workers working with families at social risk in cooperation with other institutions. Research tasks: 1. Describe the theoretical aspects of interinstitutional cooperation and social partnership; 2. Theoretically substantiate the need for comprehensive assistance to families at social risk; 3. To identify the difficulties of social workers working with families at social risk in cooperation with other institutions. Research methodology and subjects: The analysis of the scientific literature was used to describe the theoretical aspects of institutional cooperation and social partnership and to substantiate the need for comprehensive assistance to families at social risk. The method of the questionnaire survey and the analysis of statistical data were used to identify the difficulties of social workers working with families at social risk in cooperation with other institutions. The respondents are 50 social workers working with families at social risk from different regions of Lithuania. Results of empirical research: difficulties in co-operation with specialists in other fields are caused by the lack of a clear system of feedback in terms of inter-institutional co-operation, as many as 76 per cent said. respondents. Cooperation with non-governmental organizations is rated the worst (34% bad). 76% respondents said that other institutions transfer responsibility to social workers, and also revealed that they formally look at all issues to be addressed (52%), with uncertainty of functions prevailing (48%).	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Temos aktualumas: Siekiant suteikti geriausią pagalbą į rizikos grupę patenkančioms šeimoms, socialiniai darbuotojai turi sklandžiai bendradarbiauti su kitomis institucijomis užtikrinant visapusišką pagalbą. Mokslinėje literatūroje yra atskleidžiamas toks poreikis, tačiau nėra analizuojami bendradarbiavimo sunkumai. Tyrimo problema: kokius sunkumus patiria socialiniai darbuotojai, dirbantys su šeimomis, patiriančiomis socialinę riziką, bendradarbiaujant su kitomis įstaigomis? Tyrimo objektas: socialinių darbuotojų, dirbančių su šeimomis, patiriančiomis socialinę riziką, sunkumai bendradarbiaujant su kitomis įstaigomis. Tyrimo tikslas: nustatyti socialinių darbuotojų, dirbančių su šeimomis, patiriančiomis socialinę riziką, sunkumus, bendradarbiaujant su kitomis įstaigomis. Tyrimo uždaviniai: 1. Aprašyti įstaigų bendradarbiavimo ir socialinės partnerystės teorinius aspektus; 2. Teoriškai pagrįsti kompleksinės pagalbos poreikį šeimoms, patiriančioms socialinę riziką. 3. Identifikuoti socialinių darbuotojų, dirbančių su šeimomis, patiriančiomis socialinę riziką, sunkumus bendradarbiaujant su kitomis įstaigomis. Tyrimo metodika ir tiriamieji: mokslinės literatūros analizė taikyta aprašant įstaigų bendradarbiavimo ir socialinės partnerystės teorinius aspektus bei pagrindžiant kompleksinės pagalbos poreikį šeimoms, patiriančioms socialinę riziką. Anketinės apklausos metodas ir statistinių duomenų analizė taikyta identifikuoti socialinių darbuotojų, dirbančių su šeimomis, patiriančiomis socialinę riziką, sunkumus bendradarbiaujant su kitomis įstaigomis. Tiriamieji – 50 socialinių darbuotojų dirbančių su šeimomis, patiriančiomis socialinę riziką, iš skirtingų Lietuvos regionų. Empirinio tyrimo rezultatai: bendradarbiaujant su kitų sričių specialistais sunkumų kelia tai, kad nėra aiškios sistemos su grįžtamuoju ryšiu, kalbant apie tarp institucinį bendradarbiavimą (76 proc.). Prasčiausiai vertinamas bendradarbiavimas su nevyriausybinėmis organizacijomis (34 proc. blogai). 76proc. respondentų pasisakė, kad kitos institucijos permeta atsakomybę socialiniams darbuotojams, o taip pat atskleidė, kad žiūri formaliai į visus sprendžiamus klausimus (52 proc.), vyrauja funkcijų neapibrėžtumas (48 proc.).	en_US
