dc.description	Revelance of the topic. In the modern XXI century`s health care system, the role of the pharmaceutical specialist has slightly changed. There are new duties, tasks and responsibilities in order to improve the status of community`s health – it is all an additional pharmacy`s services (Jurgutis ir Jukneviciute, 2012). According to V.Grigaliuniene (2019), „Undoubted, that additional services, which are gained from the pharmacies, would help to recover from illness faster, to control chronic diseases more efficiently, and as a consequence, would improve the statistics of people`s health care too. Aim of the investigation. To evaluate pharmaceutical secialists opinion about the extra services presentation in the public pharmcy. Tasks: 1. To describe the pharmaceutical services, the classification of the additional pharmacy`s services, the barries of their development and the improving of their presentation. 2. To distinguish the pharmaceutical specialists role in the health care system. 3. To disclose the pharmacists opinion about the extra services presentation in the public pharmcy, their necessity and benefits to the people. Methods. The participants in the research: 133 pharmaceutical specialists. The methods of investigation: the analysis of scientific literature, empirical research (anonymous written survey). The gained study data was processed by Microsoft Office Excel 2016 program. Results. The results of the investigation disclosed that 51% of 133 respondents, who participated in the survey about the additional pharmacy`s services, claimed that the most relevant extra pharmacy`s service is AKS measurement. The majority of respondents think that these services are necessary (56%) and useful for the people (52%). The participants of the survey said that the lack of the space in the pharmacies (32%) and the low number of pharmaceutical specialists working at the same time (31%) are the obstacles preventing these additional pharmaceutical services. Also, according to them (40%) respondents, the negative attitude of doctors towards the quality of extra pharmacy`s services provided by pharmaceutical specialists is another obstacle not letting such services to be presented. Overall, almost the half of respondents (42%) strongly believe that in order to improve the additional pharmacy`s services, the collaboration with other health card specialists is needed.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Temos aktualumas. Šiuolaikinėje, XXI a. sveikatos priežiūros sistemoje, farmacijos specialisto vaidmuo pakito ir atsiranda naujų pareigų, paslaugų ir uždavinių, orientuotų į bendruomenės sveikatos būklės gerinimą – papildomos vaistinės paslaugos (Jurgutis M., ir Juknevičiūtė A., 2012). Pasak Grigaliūnienės V., (2019) „Neabejojama, kad papildomos paslaugos, kurias žmonės galėtų gauti šalies vaistinėse, padėtų greičiau pasveikti susirgus, efektyviau valdyti lėtines ligas, vadinasi, gerėtų gyventojų sveikatos rodiklių statistika.“ Tyrimo tikslas. Įvertinti farmacijos specialistų nuomonę apie papildomų paslaugų teikimą visuomenės vaistinėje. Tyrimo uždaviniai: 1. Aprašyti farmacines paslaugas, papildomas vaistinės paslaugas, jų klasifikaciją, plėtros kliūtis, teikimo tobulinimą. 2. Išskirti farmacijos specialisto vaidmenį sveikatos priežiūros sistemoje. 3. Atskleisti farmacijos specialistų nuomonę apie visuomenės vaistinėje teikiamas papildomas paslaugas, jų reikalingumą ir naudą gyventojams. Tyrimo metodai: Tyrimo dalyviai: 133 farmacijos specialistai. Tyrimo metodai: teorinis analizės metodas - mokslinės literatūros analizė, empirinis tyrimas (anoniminė apklausa raštu), gautų duomenų analizės metodas. Gauti tyrimo duomenys buvo apdoroti Microsoft Office Excel 2016 programa. Rezultatai. Tyrimo rezultatai atskleidė, kad apklausus 133 respondentus apie papildomos vaistinės paslaugas, respondentų teigimu reikalingiausia papildoma vaistinės paslauga – AKS matavimas (51 proc.), didžioji dalis respondentų mano, kad šios paslaugos reikalingos (56 proc.) ir naudingos (52 proc.) gyventojams. Respondentų nuomonė apie papildomų paslaugų kliūtis, kurios trukdo atlikti vaistinėje papildomas paslaugas - trūksta atskiros erdvės papildomoms paslaugoms teikti (32 proc.) bei reikalingas didesnis skaičius farmacijos specialistų dirbant vienu metu (31 proc.). Respondentų nuomonė apie papildomų paslaugų kliūtis, kurios trukdo gyventojams naudotis papildomomis vaistinės paslaugomis (40 proc.) - neigiamas gydytojų požiūris į farmacijos specialistų atliktų papildomų paslaugų kokybę. Didžioji dalis respondentų mano, norint tobulinanti papildomas vaistinės paslaugas (42 proc.) reikia bendradarbiauti su kitais sveikatos priežiūros specialistais.	en_US
