| dc.description | The purpose of final thesis is to disclose the characteristics of Bredent Bre.flex and Vertex Thermosens thermoplastic dentures and to compare their advantages and disadvantages. The tasks of final thesis: 1. Describe the technology of Vertex Thermosens, advantages and disadvantages of material and specifics of production. 2. Describe the technology Bredent Breflex 2nd, advantages and disadvantages of material and the specifics of production. 3. Compare the technology of production of Bredent Breflex 2nd and Vertex Thermosens. Work methods: Analysis of scientific and professional literature. Because of being comfortable, unbreakable, very light and thermoplastic the elastic dentures get warm in the mouth and become even more elastic and adapt to the mucosal. Because of this characteristic they naturally stimulates the gum and do not traumatize the mucosal while chewing, improve blood flow, reduce the bone melting (atrophy). | dc.description.abstract | Baigiamojo darbo tikslas - atskleisti Bredent Breflex 2nd ir Vertex Thermosens termoplastinių dantų protezų savybes, palyginant jų privalumus ir trūkumus. Darbo uždaviniai: 1. Aprašyti Vertex Thermosens technologiją, medžiagos privalumus ir trūkumus, bei gamybos ypatumus. 2. Aprašyti Bredent Breflex 2nd technologiją, medžiagos privalumus ir trūkumus, bei gamybos ypatumus. 3. Palyginti Bredent Breflex 2nd ir Vertex Thermosens gamybos technologijas. Darbo metodai: Mokslinės ir profesinės literatūros analizė. Elastingi protezai – patogūs, nelūžtantys, itin lengvi, termoplastiški, todėl sušilę burnoje tampa labiau elastingi ir geriau prisitaiko prie gleivinės. Dėl šios savybės kramtymo metu jie natūraliai stimuliuoja dantenas ir netraumuoja gleivinės, pagerina kraujotaką, sumažina kaulo tirpimą (atrofiją).
