dc.description	Relevance of the problem: as the importance of visual esthetics in society increased it became crucial to adapt the denture design as well. Esthetics became as important of the part in its making process as functionality. In order to replicate the natural visuals of the oral cavity composite materials were deployed in the process of the denture individualization. Problem of the thesis: what are the specifics of the individualization of complete denture using composite resin? Object of the thesis: the specifics of the individualization of complete denture using composite resin Research aim: revealing the process of individualization when making a complete denture using composite resin. Research tasks: 1. To outline the main elements of esthetic appeal of a smile. 2. To theoretically explain the importance of the process of individualization when making complete dentures. 3. To compare the specifics of making individualized complete dentures and complete dentures without individualization. 4. To delineate the advantages and disadvantages of the individualized complete dentures. Research methods: Analysis of scientific and professional literature seeking to understanding the specifics, advantages and disadvantages of individualized complete dentures. Results: by using composite materials dentures can be individualized in both the areas of gingiva and teeth. Dentures that were individualized by using composite materials look extremely natural thus making it less noticeable in the mouth of patient. The increase in time and materials required to individualize the denture also increases its price however that is counterbalanced by the increase of emotional satisfaction of the patient. dc.description.abstract	Aktualumas: Estetikos reikšmei didėjant visuomenėje jos reikšmė išaugo ir išimamųjų dantų protezų gamyboje, todėl gaminant dantų protezą, svarbu užtikrinti ne tik funkciją, bet ir estetinį vaizdą. Jį sukurti galima naudojant kompozitines medžiagas, kurių pagalba atkuriamas natūralus burnos audinių vaizdas, todėl dantų protezo individualizavimas suteikia galimybe pacientui turėti natūralios išvaizdos išimamuosius dantų protezus. Darbo problema: Kokios yra išimamojo dantų protezo individualizavimo ypatybės kompozitinėmis medžiagomis? Darbo objektas: Išimamojo dantų protezo individualizavimo ypatybės kompozitinėmis medžiagomis. Darbo tikslas: atskleisti išimamojo dantų protezo individualizavimo ypatybes kompozitinėmis medžiagomis. Darbo uždaviniai: 1. Aprašyti šypsenos estetikos elementus. 2. Teoriškai paaiškinti išimamojo dantų protezo individualizavimo svarbą. 3. Atskleisti individualizuoto išimamojo dantų protezų gamybos ypatybes lyginant su neindividualizuotu išimamuoju dantų protezu. 4. Išskirti individualizuoto išimamojo dantų protezo privalumus ir trūkumus. Darbo metodai: mokslinės ir profesinės literatūros analinė, kuria remiantis buvo analizuojami išimamojo dantų protezo individualizavimo ypatumai, privalumai ir trūkumai. Rezultatai: išimamąjį dantų protezą, kompozitinėmis medžiagomis, galima individualizuoti tiek gleivinės, tiek dantų srityje. Individualizuotas išimamasis dantų protezas atrodo labai natūraliai, dėt to tampa mažiau pastebimas paciento burnoje. Dėl padidėjusių laiko ir medžiagų sąnaudų, dantų protezo kaina išauga, tačiau paciento emocinis pasitenkinimas tai atsveria.
