dc.description	This thesis is about the collaboration between a dentist and a dental technician in determining the shade of dentures. The theses analyzes the impact of a smile on a person's personality and social life. Possible defect prosthesis options is a possibility of a discussion. The theses also describes the determination of hue in prosthetic anterior tooth defects. The eLAB protocol is presented in detail as one of the possible ways to determine tooth color. Key words used in the thesis: aesthetic smile, metal-free ceramics, shade guide, tooth shade, visual shade matching, instrumental shade matching, subjective, eLAB, objective. Tooth shade rendering is one of the biggest challenges in dentistry. Problem of the thesis – what are the possibilities of using eLAB protocol and other means of communication in dental prosthetics? Aim of the thesis – revealing the possibilities of using dentures in eLAB and other means of communication. Object of the thesis – possibilities of using eLAB protocol and other means of communication in dental prosthetics. Tasks of the thesis: 1. To theoretically explain whether the aesthetics of a smile affect a person’s personality and social interaction. 2. Describe the properties and application possibilities of metal-free ceramic restoration materials. 3. Identify possible ways of communication between the dentist and the dental technician in determining the color of the patient's teeth. 4. To reveal the possibilities of eLAB protocol in the production of dental prostheses. Method of the thesis – analysis of scientific articles and professional literature. Results of the thesis - the connection between the effect of an aesthetic smile on personality and social interaction has been theoretically confirmed. The properties of metal-free ceramic materials and their application possibilities are described. The work also identifies possible ways of communication between the dentist and the dental technician in determining the color of the patient's teeth. The eLAB protocol possibilities in the production of prostheses were presented as one of the objective ways to determine tooth color.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Šis baigiamasis darbas yra apie bendradarbiavimą tarp gydytojo odontologo ir dantų techniko nustatant protezuojamų dantų atspalvį. Darbe analizuojamas šypsenos poveikis žmogaus asmenybei ir socialiniam gyvenimui. Aprašomi galimi defekto protezavimo būdai. Taip pat darbe aprašoma atspalvio nustatymas protezuojant dantų defektus. Kaip vienas iš galimų būdų nustatyti dantų spalvą, detaliau pristatomas eLAB protokolas. Darbe naudojami pagrindiniai žodžiai: estetinė šypsena, bemetalė keramika, spalvų raktas, dantų atspalvis, vaizdinis spalvos nustatymas, instrumentinis spalvos nustatymas, subjektyvumas, eLAB, objektyvumas. Tai aktuali tema, kadangi, dantų atspalvio analizė ir perdavimas yra vienas didžiausių sunkumų odontologijoje. Darbo problema – kokios yra eLAB protokolo ir kitų komunikavimo priemonių panaudojimo galimybės dantų protezavime? Darbo objektas – eLAB protokolo ir kitų komunikavimo priemonių panaudojimo galimybės dantų protezavime. Darbo tikslas – atskleisti eLAB ir kitų komunikavimo priemonių panaudojimo galimybes gaminant dantų protezus. Darbo uždaviniai: 1. Teoriškai paaiškinti ar šypsenos estetika daro poveikį žmogaus asmenybei ir socialinei sąveikai. 2. Aprašyti bemetalės keramikos protezavimo medžiagų savybes ir panaudojimo galimybes. 3. Išskirti galimus komunikavimo būdus tarp gydytojo odontologo ir dantų techniko nustatant paciento dantų spalvą. 4. Atskleisti eLAB protokolo galimybes protezų gamyboje. Darbo metodas – mokslinių straipsnių ir profesinės literatūros analizė. Darbo rezultatai – teoriškai patvirtintas ryšys tarp estetiškos šypsenos daromo poveikio asmenybei ir socialinei sąveikai. Aprašytos bemetalės keramikos medžiagų savybės ir jų panaudojimo galimybės. Taip pat darbe išskirti galimi komunikavimo būdai tarp gydytojo odontologo ir dantų techniko nustatant paciento dantų spalvą. Kaip vienas iš objektyvių būdų nustatyti dantų spalvą, pristatytas eLAB protokolas ir jo galimybės protezų gamyboje.	en_US
