dc.description	Loss of teeth negatively affects persons appearance and body. For a person who lost it‘s teeth, countless problems occur such as disorders of heath, chewing function, loss of aesthetics and self esteem. He begins to feel discomfort in his life. A common problem is - the loss of all teeth in the mouth. This problem can be solved by two types of prosthetics: Removable dentures and irremovable fixed implants. Removable denture is not the best solution given by the patients age and the condition of the alveolar bone. Because of these reasons, the following work objective was chosen – To discuss production, functionality and aesthetics of screwed-in dental prosthesis fixed on four implants (all-on-four). To achieve this goal, the following tasks have been set: to describe the properties, production aspects, aesthetics, functionality, advantages and disadvantages of a screwed-in dental prosthesis fixed on four implants. After analyzing the scientific literature in the final work, it can be stated that using fixed (all-on-four) concept of screwed-in dentures, the aesthetics and chewing function can be perfectly restored. With modern medicine and the rate of its progression, new prosthetic methods are emerging, (all-on-four) screwed-in dentures fixed on four implants is one of the most modern prothetic methods and the demand for these prostheses is only increasing. Their effect is characterized by the insertion of just four implants into a toothless jaw, on which full non-removable bridge prostheses are then screwed. Due to the lateral inclined implants, they can be rotated with a high degree of bone thawing. In terms of (all-on-four) disadvantages and advantages, there are indeed more advantages, as this prosthesis is designed to be comfortable, aesthetically pleasing and as natural as possible, and to return a smile to the patient along with an improved quality of life.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Dantų netekimas neigiamai paveikia žmogaus išvaizdą ir organizmą. Žmogų netekusį dantų ištinka begalės problemų, kaip sveikatos, kramtymo funkcijos sutrikimai bei estetikos ir savivertės netekimas. Jis pradeda jausti diskomfortą savo gyvenime. Neretai pasitaikanti problema- visų burnoje esančių dantų praradimas. Šią problemą galima išspręsti dviem protezavimo būdais: išimamaisiais ir neišimamaisiais dantų protezais, fiksuotais ant implantų. Išimamas dantų protezas nėra pats geriausias sprendimas atsižvelgiant į paciento amžių bei alveolinio kaulo būklę. Dėl šių priežasčių buvo pasirinktas darbo tikslas – Aptarti prisukamo dantų protezo fiksuoto ant keturių implantų (all-on-four), gamyba, funkcionalumą bei estetiką. Kad šis tikslas būtų pasiektas, buvo iškelti uždaviniai: Aprašyti prisukamo dantų protezo, fiksuoto ant keturių implantų savybes, gamybos aspektus, estetiką, funkcionalumą bei privalumus ir trūkumus. Baigiamajame darbe išanalizavus mokslinę literatūrą galima teigti, kad naudojant fiksuotų (all-on-four) prisukamų dantų protezų koncepciją, galima puikiai atkurti estetiką ir kramtymo funkciją. Atsižvelgiant į šiuolaikinę mediciną, bei jos progresavimo spartą, atsiranda vis naujesnių protezavimo būdų, (all-on-four) prisukami dantų protezai fiksuoti ant keturių implantų yra vienas iš moderniausių protezavimo būdų ir šių protezų paklausa tik didėja. Jų veikimas pasižymi vos tik keturių implantų įsriegimu į dantų neturintį žandikaulį, ant kurių vėliau yra prisukami pilni nenuimami tiltiniai protezai. Dėl šoninių pasvirusių implantų, galima juos sukti turint didelį kaulo nutirpimo laipsnį. Kalbant apie (all-on-four) trūkumus ir privalumus, ištiesų yra išskiriama daugiau privalumų, nes šis protezas žmogui yra pritaikytas taip jog būtų patogus, estetiškai atrodytu nuostabiai ir kuo natūraliau, bei gražintu pacientui šypsena kartu su pagerėjusia gyvenimo kokybe	en_US
