dc.description	The bachelor’s thesis consists three main parts. The first, theoretical part, explains the concept of quality management, how it is formed, where it all started. Also, presents the application of quality management systems in logistics. The Lean quality management system is also distinguished. The second, analytical part, presents the research methodology, characteristics of4 company: areas of activity, JSC “Lognet” process management stages. The last, project part, presents the possibilities of Lean system implementation, system installation and timing costs, also describes the benefits of system implementation for JSC “Lognet”. At the end of work, are presented conclusions, recommendations and suggestions are presented. The main problem of the possibilities of applying the quality management systems in JSC Lognet. Which quality management system would help the company to eliminate the waste of time and communication issues that do not allow to improve the quality of services and increasing the increases of the company? The aim of the possibilities of applying the quality management systems in JSC Lognet. To analyse the application possibilities of quality management systems in JSC Lognet company. Objectives of the possibilities of applying of quality management systems in JSC. Methods of the possibilities of applying the quality management systems in JSC Lognet – analysis of scientific literature sources and SWOT, a qualitative study, an analysis of the company’s data.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Profesinio bakalauro baigiamąjį darbą sudaro trys pagrindinės dalys. Pirmoje, teorinėje, dalyje yra aptariama kokybės vadybos samprata, kaip ji susiformavo, nuo ko prasidėjo. Be to, pateikiama kokybės vadybos sistemų taikymas logistikoje. Taip pat yra išskiriama Lean kokybės vadybos sistema. Antroje, analitinėje, dalyje yra pateikiama tyrimo metodika, įmonės charakteristika: veiklos sritys, UAB „Lognet“ procesų valdymo etapai. Paskutinėje, projektinėje, dalyje pateikiama Lean sistemos diegimo galimybės, pateiktos sistemos diegimo išlaidos bei laiko sąnaudos, taip pat aprašoma sistemos diegimo nauda UAB „Lognet“ įmonei. Darbo pabaigoje yra suformuluotos išvados, pateiktos rekomendacijos bei pasiūlymai. Darbo problema. Kuri kokybės vadybos sistema padėtų įmonei pašalinti laiko švaistymo, komunikacijos problemas, kurios neleidžia gerinti teikiamos paslaugos kokybės bei didinti įmonės efektyvumo? Darbo tikslas. Išanalizuoti kokybės vadybos sistemų taikymą UAB „Lognet“ įmonėje. Darbo metodai. Mokslinės literatūros šaltinių, įmonės duomenų, SSGG analizė, kiekybinis ir kokybinis tyrimai.	en_US
