dc.description	The Professional Bachelor thesis consists of three parts. The first part of work describes the importance of cargo transportation in the logistics chain, the organization of parcel transportation and the improvement of the parcel distribution process from a theoretical point of view. The second part presents the characteristics of the company. Qualitative research - structured interview, quantitative research using a questionnaire and analysis of secondary data is performed to find out the numbers and reasons of not delivered and misplaced shipments. The results of the research are presented. The third part presents suggestions and solutions for the company that would help reduce the amount of misplaced or not delivered shipments. The main problem– As the number of shipments increases, the number of errors in distribution process also increases. What actions need to be taken in the distribution process to reduce the number of errors made? The aim– After analyzing the theoretical aspect, to identify the possibilities for improving the distribution process. The methods To analyze a scientific literature; company secondary data analysis; qualitative research - interview; quantitative research - questionnaire analysis.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Baigiamasis darbas susideda iš trijų dalių. Pirmoje darbo dalyje apibūdinama krovinių transportavimo reikšmė logistikos grandinėje, siuntų gabenimo organizavimas ir siuntų paskirstymo proceso tobulinimas teoriniais aspektais. Antroje dalyje pateikiama įmonės charakteristika. Atliekamas kokybinis tyrimas – struktūruotas interviu, kiekybinis tyrimas naudojant anketines apklausas ir antrinių duomenų analizė, siekiant išsiaiškinti paklaidintų siuntų kiekį bei priežastis. Pateikiama tyrimo analizė bei tyrimo rezultatai. Trečioje dalyje pateikiami pasiūlymai ir sprendimo būdai įmonei, kurie padėtų sumažinti paklaidinamų ar nepristatytų siuntų kiekį. Darbo problema – Įmonėje augant siuntų kiekiui, didėja klaidų skaičius paskirstymo procese. Kokius priemonės turi būti taikomos paskirstymo procese, siekiant sumažinti daromų klaidų skaičių? Darbo tikslas – Išanalizavus teorinius aspektus, nustatyti paskirstymo proceso tobulinimo galimybes. Darbo metodai: Mokslinės literatūros analizė; įmonės antrinių duomenų analizė; kiekybinis tyrimas – anketos analizė; kokybinis tyrimas – interviu analizė.	en_US
