dc.description	In the theoretical part of the bachelor thesis main and subsidiary activities of logistics, logistic communication features and the importance of route control system are discussed. In the analytical part of the bachelor thesis the information about the company are reviewed. Also the internal research of the company is conducted and the main reasons of inefficient route control system are identified. In the project part the possible solutions to the problem are proposed, the costs of problem solving are calculated. The main problem of the professional BA thesis. The main problem of this bachelor thesis is the inefficient route control system at the company UAB „Motusbona“ (Ltd.). This aspect results in additional costs of the unnecessary distances driven by the trucks. The main causes of this problem is the incorrect route planning and / or discommunication between the transport managers and the truck drivers. The aim of the professional BA thesis. The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to identify the mains reasons which cause the problems regarding passing instructions between the transport managers and the truck drivers is ineffective and to develop a route control system which can help to improve this process.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Teorinėje dalyje analizuojama pagrindinės ir pagalbinės logistikos veiklos, informacijos valdymas logistikoje bei aptariama maršrutų kontrolės svarba krovinių pervežimuose. Analitinėje darbo dalyje pateikiama informacija apie įmonę, atliekamas tyrimas įmonės viduje bei analizuojamos netinkamos įmonės maršrutų kontrolės priežastys. Projektinėje dalyje yra pristatomi galimi problemos sprendimo būdai, apskaičiuojami kaštai reikalingi problemai išspręsti. Darbo problema. Pagrindinė šio darbo problema yra maršrutų kontrolės sistemos stoka įmonėje UAB „Motusbona“, dėl ko įmonė patiria papildomų išlaidų dėl vilkikų pravažiuoto perteklinio atstumo. Šios pasekmės atsiranda dėl neteisingo maršruto sudarymo ar diskomunikacijos tarp vairuotojų ir transporto vadybininkų. Darbo tikslas. Pagrindinis darbo tikslas yra išsiaiškinti pagrindines priežastis dėl kurių atsiranda problemų perduodant maršrutų nurodymus tarp transporto vadybininkų ir vairuotojų bei sukurti tinkamą maršrutų kontrolės sistemą, siekiant pašalinti šią problemą.	en_US
