dc.description	The structure of the work consists of a summary, an introduction, three main parts - theoretical, analytical and project, conclusions and suggestions, references and appendixes. Theoretical part discusses the theoretical aspects of logistics, distinguishing the concept of logistics, tasks, functions, principles of logistics functioning. After summarizing the theoretical statement, the second part of the thesis contains an analysis of the activities of the company Audis, discussing the activities of the company, its scope, problems and perspectives. A quantitative study is conducted on the company's activities. Analysis of the company's logistic processes was performed and the main4 problem of the company was chosen, alternatives of solutions. According to the survey results, it can be stated that in order to improve the efficiency of the company it is necessary to provide new services and to improve the processes taking place in the company. The main problem of the (professional BA thesis) - Which logistics processes of JSC “Audis” need to be improved, to optimize, develop and prosper the business. (the problematic situation is depicted in short, and the problem itself is described precisely). The aim of the (professional BA thesis) - After analysing the theoretical aspects of logistic process management and performing empirical research, submit proposals for improvement of logistics process management in JSC “Audis“.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Darbo struktūrą sudaro santrauka, įvadas, trys pagrindinės dėstomosios dalys - teorinė, projektinė ir analitinė, išvados ir pasiūlymai, naudotos literatūros sąrašas ir priedai. Teorinėje dalyje aptariami teoriniai logistikos aspektai, išskiriant logistikos sampratą, uždavinius, funkcijas, logistikos funkcionavimo principus. Apibendrinus teorinius teiginiu, antrojoje darbo dalyje yra parengiama įmonės „Audis“ veiklos analizė, aptariant įmonės veiklą, jos apimtis, problemas ir perspektyvas. Aptarus įmonės veiklą yra atliekamas kiekybinis tyrimas. Atlikta įmonės logistikos procesų analizė ir išrinkta pagrindinė įmonės problema, sprendimų alternatyvos. Remiantis tyrimo rezultatais, galima teigti, kad siekiant gerinti įmonės efektyvumą reikia teikti naujas paslaugas bei tobulinti įmonėje vykstančius procesus. Pagrindinė darbo problema - kokie UAB „Audis“ logistikos procesai turi būti tobulinami, siekiant įmonės veiklos optimizavimo, plėtros bei perspektyvumo. Darbo tikslas - išnagrinėjus logistinių procesų valdymo teorinius aspektus ir atlikus empirinį tyrimą, pateikti siūlymus logistinių procesų valdymo tobulinimui UAB „Audis“ įmonėje.	en_US
